使用する分子内に３個以上の水酸基を有する多価アルコ
ールの配合量は全量中の５〜20％である。本発明の多価
アルコールをトラネキサム酸に対する重量比で示すと、
トラネキサム酸１重量部に対して0.01〜65重量部であ
る。さらに好ましくは0.7〜40重量部である。以上の範
囲を極端にはずれると本発明の効果を発揮することがで
きない。本発明の皮膚外用剤は、前記の必須成分に加え
て、必要に応じて本発明の効果を損なわない範囲内で皮
膚外用剤に一般に用いられる各種成分、すなわち水性成
分、粉末成分、油分、界面活性剤、保湿剤、増粘剤、防
腐剤、酸化防止剤、香料、色素等を配合することができ
る。また本発明の皮膚外用剤の剤型は任意であり、例え
ば化粧水等の可溶化系、乳液、クリーム等の乳化系ある
いはファンデーション、分散液等の剤型をとることがで
