きくなればなるほど熱損失量も大きくなり、結果として
ヒーターが過熱するためヒーターの寿命を縮めるという
問題があった。さらに制御装置が故障したいわゆる異常
加熱状態では、唯一の保安装置つまりヒーターの異常温
度上昇を素早くとらえ動作する温度ヒューズ装置が求め
られるが、原理的にはヒーターに温度ヒューズ装置を固
定する方法が最も応答性がよいことは熱伝導の原理から
予測できるものの、温度ヒューズ装置の動作温度よりヒ
ーター温度が高い製品ではもちろん実現せず、ヒーター
温度が低い場合でも、ヒーターに容器が着脱する製品の
場合は、ヒーターと容器間の熱抵抗が増加した場合とか
ヒーターの出力が大きくなればなるほど熱損失量も大と
なり、ヒーターが過熱するため、温度ヒューズ装置が誤
動作しやすく信頼性に欠けるため動作速度の遅い部分に
温度ヒューズ装置を設けざるをえなかった。

い。また無駄に放熱されていたヒーター下面の熱エネル
ギーが送風器で取り込んだ空気を温風に変え、容器側面
を加熱するため温度むらのない加熱調理ができる。
