Abstract

ヒユーズ装置を固定する方法が最も応答性がよいこイヅ

装置の動作温度よりヒーター温度が高い製品ではもちろ
ん実現せず、ヒーター温度が低い場合でも、ヒーターに
容器が着脱する製品の場合は、ヒーターと容器間の熱抵
抗が増加した場合とかヒーターの出力が大きくなればな
るほど熱損失量も大となり、ヒーターが過熱するため、
温度ヒユーズ装置が誤動作しやすく信頼性に欠けるため
動作速度の遅い部分に温度ヒユーズ装置を設けざるをえ
なかった。
