When one row of dry noodle bundles to be packed in the box reaches the leading end of the dry noodle conveyor, the single row of dry noodle bundles are brought into close contact with a holding plate and arranged in the same arrangement as in the dry noodle box. Then, the suction box is lowered, and the suction port at the lower end is pressed against the above-mentioned one row of dried noodle bundles, and a negative pressure source such as a blower connected to the suction box is operated to generate a negative pressure in the suction box. When the dry noodles are generated, since the thin dry noodles are in close contact with each other, the amount of air leaking from the gaps between the dry noodles is small, and the dry noodle bundle for one row is adsorbed on the lower surface of the suction box. Therefore, the suction box is raised, the suction box is moved to the other end of the guide rail by the horizontal slide, and is lowered above the dry noodle box,
By stopping the driving of the negative pressure source, the dry noodle bundle for one row is placed in a dry noodle box, and this is repeated a plurality of times as necessary, thereby completing the packing.

[0011] Thus, the front and rear left and right peripheral wall of the suction box is formed by an inner wall with the flexible resilient and the plate made of the outer wall, since protrudes the lower end of the inner wall from the lower end of the outer wall downwards,
When the suction box is lowered and pressed against the dry noodle bundle for one row, the lower surface of the inner wall is pressed against the dry noodle bundle and deformed, so that air leakage when a negative pressure is generated in the suction box is further increased. Less,
The adsorption and holding of the dried noodle bundle is further ensured. By forming the suction box into a rectangular parallelepiped shape that can be extended and contracted in the direction in which the bundles of dry noodles are arranged, the bundles of dry noodles can be adsorbed without any trouble even when the number of dry noodle bundles in one row is changed.

When the dry noodle conveyor is composed of a low-speed belt conveyor and a high-speed belt conveyor, the bundle of dry noodles placed on the low-speed belt conveyor moves onto the high-speed belt conveyor via the transfer plate, and at the same time the moving speed is increased. Because of the rise, the interval between the dried noodle bundles arranged in front and back is widened, the running number is easily counted, and the dried noodle bundles for one row can be accurately counted. Then, a sliding tape is provided on both side edges of the low-speed belt conveyor, and a bundle of dry noodles is placed on the low-speed belt conveyor. When both ends are placed on the sliding tape, the dry noodle bundle is conveyed by the low-speed belt conveyor. At this time, both ends slide on the sliding tape and move. Therefore, when the bundle of dried noodles rides on the crossover board, even if the dry noodles separated at both ends of the bundle of dry noodles are as thin as plain noodles, they do not enter the gap between the crossover plate and the low-speed belt conveyor.

When a box conveyor is arranged below the other end of the guide rail, automatic supply of empty dry noodle boxes and automatic delivery of dry noodle boxes after the completion of box packing are possible. In the case where a vertical pressing plate is provided between the other end of the guide rail and the dry noodle box, 1
When a row of dry noodle bundles are conveyed from the dry noodle conveyor side to the dry noodle box side and stopped, the dry noodles that are loosely bound at the lower side of the dry noodle bundle are impacted by the deceleration during the stop. Is prevented from slipping out.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a bundle of dry noodles is placed on a conveyor for dry noodles in a transverse direction with respect to the feeding direction, and one row of the dry noodle bundles packed in a box are brought into close contact with each other. It is arranged in the same arrangement as in the dry noodle box, and the dry noodle bundle for one row is sucked and held by the suction box, transported to the dry noodle box on the side, and the above suction is released and packed in a box. Therefore, the packing of the dry noodles can be automatically performed by reciprocating the suction box according to the number of stages of the dry noodle bundle packed in the dry noodle box between the dry noodle conveyor and the dry noodle box at a predetermined position. . Then, since the suction box is pressed against one row of dry noodle bundles in close contact with each other, the amount of air leaking from the gaps between the dry noodles is small, so that the dry noodle bundles are securely sucked and held in the suction box.

Further , the above-mentioned suction box is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape which can be expanded and contracted in the arrangement direction of the dry noodle bundle, and the surrounding walls surrounding the front, rear, left and right are constituted by an outer wall made of a plate and an inner wall having soft elasticity. Since the lower end protrudes downward from the lower end of the outer wall, air leakage when sucking the dry noodle bundle into the suction box is further reduced, the suction is further ensured, and the number of dry noodle bundles for one row is changed. In this case, by adjusting the total length of the suction box in accordance with the number of the dry noodle bundles for one row, the dry noodle bundles can be adsorbed without any trouble.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the conveyor for dry noodles comprises a low-speed belt conveyor and a high-speed belt conveyor disposed on the advancing side thereof, and both are connected by a crossover plate. When the bundle of dried noodles placed on the upper surface of the bundle of dried noodles is transferred to the high-speed belt conveyor over the crossover plate, the distance between the bundles of dried noodles arranged in front and behind is widened. The rows can be arranged without error at the leading end of the dry noodle conveyor. Moreover, a sliding tape is provided along both side edges of the low-speed belt conveyor, and both ends of the dry noodle bundle placed on the low-speed belt conveyor slide on the sliding tape. When riding on the top, even if the dry noodles separated at both ends of the bundle of dry noodles are as thin as noodles, they do not enter the gap between the crossover plate and the low-speed belt conveyor.
