Conventionally, most of the tatami mats generally use straw for the tatami floor, and a portion of such a straw floor is replaced with lightweight expanded polystyrene, and the synthetic resin having a large number of cavities inside is replaced with the above-mentioned synthetic resin. A tatami mat has been proposed in which a core material bonded to expanded polystyrene is interposed between straw beds. (For example,
Also, a tatami floor in which a hollow synthetic resin plate is adhered to a foamed synthetic resin plate has been proposed. (For example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-27636) Then, instead of the above hollow synthetic resin plate, a honeycomb material is bonded to a foamed polystyrene plate, and a core material is interposed in a straw floor. Combined flooring materials have also been proposed. (For example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 53-57622, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 53-102222, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-68961) Furthermore, in order to strengthen the corners of the floor material such as expanded polystyrene, It has been proposed to mount an inverted L-shaped protective frame on the side corners of the. (For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-2734) [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Generally, conventional tatami mats mainly use straw for flooring, and the size is about 2 × 9. However, since it is as large as 5 inches and 8 inches long, it has a considerable weight, which is not preferable for use in a temporary building such as a mobile house or a prefabricated house at a construction site or an emergency floor for an earthquake disaster.

Further, when a tatami mat with a straw floor is used in a building in a humid place such as a mountain hut or a bungalow, there is a problem that the tatami floor easily rots under the influence of moisture and mold is generated.

The present applicant has already proposed a simple tatami in order to solve the above-mentioned defect of the tatami mat using the straw bed. (For example, actual opening 61
These simple tatami mats are excellent in various respects such as light weight, moisture resistance, and mold resistance, but the corners of the tatami mat cannot be sharply processed. When a load-bearing object is placed on a corner of a tatami floor, the portion may be depressed or damaged.

In addition, using foamed polystyrene or the like as a flooring material, in order to strengthen the above-mentioned foamed polystyrene or the like, the amount of a core material laminated with a synthetic resin plate having a large number of cavities inside the straw floor is determined by the above-described invention. As proposed, the tatami floor in which the straw floor and the expanded polystyrene are overlapped in this way, when used in a humid place, the straw floor rots easily and the weight is considerable.

On the other hand, tatami floors in which a hollow synthetic resin plate is adhered to a foam synthetic resin plate without using a straw floor have been proposed in the above-described invention, but the strength of the corners of the tatami mat is not sufficiently satisfied. Because the back surface of the tatami floor is a flat surface sheet of synthetic resin, when tatami mats using this tatami floor were laid on a flat floor, the tatami was often sweaty on the floor and the tatami was displaced. . In addition, since the tatami floor is not a square shape having a specific width and weight, it is heavy and difficult to use as a mobile house or an emergency tatami mat for an earthquake. Furthermore, a tatami mat having a core material attached to a foamed polystyrene plate with a honeycomb material bonded to a straw floor or a floor member serving as a core material whose surface is covered with a tatami floor, and one end face corresponding to the back side of the tatami floor. Honeycomb flooring having an attached honeycomb core and the like are also known from the above, but the strength of the corners of the tatami floor is not sufficiently satisfied,
Further, in the case of the honeycomb flooring material in which the honeycomb core surface is in direct contact with the floor surface, air permeability is generated between the floor surface and water droplets and the like, and water droplets and the like do not accumulate, and the pressing strength from the tatami mat surface is excellent. Despite the advantage, the pressing elasticity of the tatami mat was not satisfactory. And since these tatami floors are not square shapes with a specific width and weight, they are heavy and difficult to use for the above-mentioned applications.

The present inventors have conducted various studies in order to solve the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, and as a result, using a foamed plastic foam or the like as a central substrate as a tatami floor, and using a plastic laminate bonded to an upper surface and a lower surface thereof. And, the configuration of the plastic laminate on the upper surface is a laminate obtained by heat-sealing a plastic sheet on both sides of a core material obtained by subjecting a plastic sheet to a plurality of columnar embossings, and the configuration of the plastic laminate on the lower surface is A laminated sheet in which a plastic sheet is heat-sealed only on one side of a core material obtained by subjecting a plastic sheet to a plurality of columnar embossings, and the plastic sheet heat-sealed on one side thereof is joined to the central substrate. Further, the dimensions of the tatami floor are formed into a square having a thickness of about 1.5 to 6 cm and a width of 75.8 to 91.0 cm, and an inverted L-shaped protector or a U-shaped protector is provided at a side corner of the tatami floor. Wearing Then put the tatami table, attach the hook-and-loop fastener in the corner of the back of the tatami, weigh about 2 to 6 kg, width 8
When laid on the floor, the square unit tatami that is constructed from 0 to 95 cm creates multiple air holes between the tatami floor and the floor so that sweat does not collect on the floor, it is lightweight and has excellent strength at the corners of the tatami, and it can be moved. The present invention was found to be effective as a tatami mat for a ceremonial house or the like, and reached the present invention.

The unit tatami of the present invention constituted as described above has a different structure, particularly, as a tatami floor, a plastic laminate of an upper surface portion on which a tatami mat of the tatami floor is placed and a plastic laminate plate of a lower surface portion in contact with the floor surface. . That is, the tatami mat portion on which the tatami mat is placed is a plastic laminate in which a plastic sheet is heat-sealed on both sides of a core material obtained by performing a plurality of columnar embossing processes on a plastic sheet. The plastic laminate in contact with the floor has a structure in which the plastic sheet is heat-sealed only on the upper surface of the core material that has been subjected to a plurality of cylindrical embossing processes on the plastic sheet. Not fused. Therefore, even when a heavy object is placed on a part of the tatami mat surface, it has a sufficient restoring property. In addition, the presence of the protective equipment at the corners of the tatami floor side surface maintains the strength of the tatami corners, and provides good adhesion between the tatami mats. Further, the tatami mats are firmly fixed by the hook-and-loop fastener provided on the back surface of the tatami mat without using a frame for fixing the tatami mats. Furthermore, the size of the tatami mat is a square, weighing about 2 to 6 kg, and being 80 to 95 cm wide, so it is lightweight and has excellent functions such as transportation, storage and paving.
