【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、簡易畳に関し、更に詳しくは、移動
式家屋、プレハブ住宅、バンガロー及び震災用応
急畳等として有効な軽量で保温性、角隅部の強度
に優れ、防虫性、防黴性及び難燃性を有する簡易

従来一般に用いられている畳はその殆んどが畳
床の材料として藁を用いたものであり、このよう
な藁床を軽量な発泡ポリウレタンに替えたもの
も知られている。（例えば実公昭38−7858号公報、
実公昭38−8953号公報、実公昭51−4506号公報、
実開昭57−180034号公報）畳床や畳表に黴やダ
ニ等の虫が発生するのを防止するために防虫防黴
性シートを介装すること（例えば実開昭59−
196628号公報）、防虫紙を難燃性とすること（例
えば実開昭54−108525号公報）、或は防虫紙が畳
床の両面に貼着されていることも知られている。
（例えば実開昭49−9032号公報）畳床の四隅の
側面全体に正方形逆Ｌ字形保護具を嵌着すること
も知られている。（例えば実開昭50−64127号公
報、実公昭37−9664号公報、実公昭51−3614号公
報また縁布を畳表に縫着し、縁布をかえして畳
床の裏面で粘着テープで止着すること及び畳表を
畳床の裏面で粘着テープで着すること等も知られ
ている。（例えば特公昭37−14978号公報、実開昭
53−38819号公報）そしてまた上記の縁布が
両面テープを有していることも知られている。
（例えば実公昭50−9769号公報）
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
一般に従来の畳は、床材に藁を使用したものが
主体であり、しかもそのサイズも２尺９寸×５尺
８寸と大きいために相当な重量があり、移動式の
家屋や工事現場のプレハブ住宅等仮設の建物或い
は震災用応急床等に使用するのには好ましくなか
つた。また藁床の畳は、山小屋、バンガロー等の
湿気の多い場所の建物に用いると湿気の影響で畳
床が腐敗し易く、カビが発生する問題があつた。
この様な藁床に代わつて軽量で腐敗しない発泡ポ
リウレタンを畳床としたものなども上記で知ら
れているが、発泡ポリウレタンを畳床として用い
ただけでは角部の強度が十分でなかつた。そのた
め、角部の強度をもたせるため、逆Ｌ字形の保護
具を畳床に嵌着することが上記によつて知られ
ており、このようにすることで畳床の角部強度を
保つことが出来るものではあるが、畳を敷き詰め
る時に保護具のズレが生じた。

テープ９で止着して構成した簡易畳である。

や湿気等を遮断する効果があり、保温性に優れて
いる。そしてまた畳表にダニ等の虫や黴が発生し
にくい。またタバコ等によつて畳表が焦げてもそ
の下の難燃紙によつて畳床への延焼を防止する効
果を有する。特に本考案の簡易畳では、畳床の四
隅の縁部全体に正方形逆Ｌ字型の保護具が嵌着さ
れてあるため、縁部への荷重や運搬、施工時に於
て縁部全体が破損しにくい。そしてまた、保護具
には縁布が接着され、縁布は畳床の裏面で粘着テ
ープによつて止着されているので保護具のズレが
生じない利点を有する。
