[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a tatami floor made of synthetic resin material. [Prior art] Tatami flooring made of synthetic resin materials such as styrofoam has been used for a long time, and a core material made by laminating synthetic resin plates with many cavities inside to styrofoam is used to cover the straw between the floor straws. An interposed configuration (Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-57622) has also been proposed. In addition, a flat dispersion made of plastic with an upper face body and a lower face body integrated with a connecting body with an appropriate gap is interposed between soft fiberboards and polymerized on a plastic foam (actual). Publication No. 53-25737) is also presented. In addition, in conventional tatami mats that use styrofoam tatami floors, the styrofoam is easily damaged, so a laminate of fiberboard or plastic foam sheet and plywood is used on the tatami surface and directly below it.
Polypropylene laminate cloth is used for the lower part of the tatami floor. Also, around the tatami mat, place an L under the edge of the tatami mat.
It is reinforced by abutting a letter-shaped PVC extrusion. [Problems to be solved by the invention] The above-mentioned conventional stacked tatami floor has a structure in which a synthetic resin plate or a flat dispersion is inserted into the middle part of the tatami floor, so the compressive recovery force of the tatami mat, Due to insufficient cushioning properties and complicated laminated structure,
There is a problem in that the manufacturing process requires a lot of man-hours. Furthermore, in tatami mats using conventional styrofoam tatami floors, it is necessary to apply various reinforcing means as described above in order to prevent damage to the styrofoam, and the construction thereof is complicated. The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned problems and provide a tatami floor that is simple and easy to manufacture, can sufficiently ensure compression recovery and cushioning properties of the tatami, and does not require special measures to prevent damage to the Styrofoam. It is something. [Means for Solving the Problems] The means of the present invention for solving the above problems consists of a foamed synthetic resin board 1 and a hollow synthetic resin board 2 superimposed on at least one surface of the foamed synthetic resin board. , the hollow synthetic resin plate 2 is a surface sheet consisting of a synthetic resin core sheet 2c with a large number of hollow protrusions 2d formed on one side and flat synthetic resin surface sheets 2a and 2b attached to both sides thereof. 2a, 2b
This tatami floor is characterized by being a laminated board with a large number of independent air-tight chambers 2e and continuous air circulation spaces 2f formed therebetween. [Function] With the above-mentioned configuration, the present invention is simple and easy to manufacture, can sufficiently secure the compression recovery power and cushioning properties of the tatami, is lightweight, and is moisture-proof because it forms a continuous air circulation space 2f. It has excellent properties such as durability and insect repellency. [Example] Next, the present invention will be described by way of an example with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged detailed view of section A in FIG. In these figures, hollow synthetic resin plates 2 and 2' made of hollow laminates made of high-density polyethylene are superimposed on both upper and lower surfaces of a foamed synthetic resin plate 1 made of a foamed polystyrene plate. Hollow synthetic resin plates 2 and 2' are overlapped. The hollow synthetic resin plates 2, 2' are surface sheets consisting of a synthetic resin core sheet 2c with a large number of hollow protrusions 2d formed on one side and flat synthetic resin surface sheets 2a, 2b attached to both sides of the core sheet 2c. 2a, 2b
It is a laminated plate with a large number of independent air sealed chambers 2e and air circulation spaces 2f formed therebetween. In addition to the above materials, foamed synthetic resin board 1
hollow synthetic resin plates 2, 2' made of polyethylene etc.
Polyolefin resin such as polypropylene,
Other thermoplastic synthetic resins are used. The foamed synthetic resin plate 1 and the hollow synthetic resin plates 2, 2' are joined together by using an adhesive, sewing, or the like. When sewing a foamed synthetic resin plate and a hollow synthetic resin plate to form the tatami floor of the present invention, or when sewing the tatami face edge to the tatami floor of the present invention, on the opposite side of the tatami face (lower part of the tatami mat). By applying a laminate cloth made by laminating paper, plastic, film, etc. to a hollow synthetic resin board or a flat woven fabric of synthetic resin such as polypropylene high-density polyethylene or other fibers, the tatami floor can be cracked by the tatami type. It can be carried out without cutting or cutting. The needle holes created during sewing are sufficient for the breathability of the tatami floor of this invention, but if greater breathability is required, attach a needle without thread to the sewing machine during sewing. It is also possible to provide additional needle holes by drilling only holes. Further, in the case of bonding by adhesive, it is possible to provide holes of any size and number using a machine such as a press. In the above embodiment, an example was explained in which the hollow synthetic resin plates 2 and 2' were stacked on both sides of the foamed synthetic resin plate 1, but the tatami floor may be constructed by stacking the hollow synthetic resin plates 2 only on the front side of the tatami mat. . On the other hand, if the hollow synthetic resin board 2' is also used on the opposite side of the foamed synthetic resin board 1 from the tatami surface, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned laminate cloth is not necessary. The hollow synthetic resin plate used in the present invention has approximately the following characteristics. Polypropylene (Product name: Nisseki Polypro E610G
A flat sheet made of the same polypropylene as the above-mentioned core sheet was laminated by continuous extrusion molding on both sides of a core sheet in which hollow protrusions with a diameter of 5 mm were provided at equal intervals of 5 mm. Tenaru 3
A hollow synthetic resin plate (basis weight 850 g/cm 2 ) having a layered structure and independent sealed air chambers was manufactured. The performance of this hollow synthetic resin plate is shown in Table 1.

As explained above, the present invention has the following effects. 1. Since the hollow synthetic resin board used has a structure that has a large number of independent air-tight chambers formed by the hollow protrusions of the core sheet and the surface sheet, it is a hollow board such as conventionally known corrugated plastic cardboard. It has greater vertical pressure resistance than tatami flooring, and has excellent compression recovery, cushioning properties, and soundproofing properties. 2. All the materials used for the tatami floor are resin, and the continuous air circulation space 2f is formed, so it is highly moisture-proof and insect-proof. 3. Has high breaking strength and bending strength, and does not require reinforcing materials such as plywood, fiberboard, or resin board used in conventional tatami floors. 4. Very lightweight. 5. The above-mentioned reinforcing means used in conventional tatami mats to prevent damage to the Styrofoam is unnecessary.
