A step of disposing a resin body and a step of attaching the adhesive face of a bonding tape having one face adhesive and the other face a surface fastener at a predetermined interval on the plate-like foamed resin body A predetermined number of unit plates are joined in a specific arrangement on the same plane on the plate-like foamed resin body to which the joining tape is adhered, and a part or all of their back surfaces are attached to the surface fastener. Laying down the panel-like laying floor material to which the to-be-bonded cloth material to be engaged is fixedly bonded to each other by a required number of sheets, and When laying on a foamed resin body, In the state where the resin film is temporarily placed between the loop and the floor material for laying, another floor material for laying is bonded to the floor material for laying previously laid, and after the bonding is completed, The resin film is removed, and the floor material for laying is sequentially laid in a similar procedure.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a floor material for laying used in an embodiment of a floor structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view in a lateral direction thereof. In the figure, a floor material 10 for laying is composed of three unit plates 12, each of which is an elongated plate having the same dimensions, and a cloth material 17 to be bonded fixed to the entire back surface thereof.
It consists of That is, each unit plate 12 is mainly made of a wood substrate such as a plywood, a particle board, or a hard board, and has two lateral grooves 1 at regular intervals on its surface.
2c is formed, and male dies 14 are formed on one of the opposite short sides and long sides, and female dies 16 are formed on the other opposite short and long sides. Are joined together in a stepwise manner so that the overall shape becomes a parallelogram, and a bonded cloth material 17 to be a non-woven fabric is adhered to the back surfaces thereof using an adhesive or the like.

Of course. In addition to the nonwoven fabric, carpets such as tufted carpets and felt-like carpets, various pile fabrics and the like can be used as the cloth material 17 to be joined, and the fixing method is not limited to adhesion. It is not necessary to adhere to the whole, for example, the cloth material 1 to be joined so as to cover only a part of the back surface.
7, a synthetic resin sheet or the like may be fixed to the remaining surface, and the synthetic resin sheet or the like and the cloth material 15 to be joined may be sequentially laminated on the back surface of the unit plate 12.

For example, when a Japanese-style room is changed to a Western-style room by using 0, first, as shown in FIG. Are arranged one after another so as not to cause a problem. As the plate-shaped foamed resin body 20, it is desirable to use a foamed polystyrene, which has a certain strength and elasticity, is inexpensive, lightweight, and can be easily formed.

The adhesive surface of the joining tape 22 which has been formed into a surface fastener is adhered so that the surface fastener faces upward. In this case, it is preferable to attach the joining tape 22 so as to cover the joint of the plate-shaped foamed resin body 20 so as to prevent the plate-shaped foamed resin body 20 from being separated. In addition, as such a joining tape 22, for example, a product name “Magic TM” sold by Kuraray Co., Ltd. or the like can be used.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the space between the joining tape 22 and the laying floor material 10 is set. With the resin film 25 temporarily placed (including when the parting material 13 is provided), another laying floor material is placed on the laying floor material 10 previously laid in a state where the resin film 25 is temporarily placed. 10 are the males formed on them 14
Are joined by fitting the female member 16 with the female nut 16. After the joining is completed, the resin film 25 is removed, the floor material 10 for holding is laid down, and the engaging member 23 of the surface fastener of the joined fabric material 17 and the joining tape 22 is joined. Then, the laying floor material 10 is firmly fixed to the plate-like foamed resin body 20, and the laying floor material 10 is sequentially laid in a similar procedure.
