The groove portion 4 is provided, and when the piece plates 1 are butted, the concave groove portion 5 formed by the step groove portion 4 is filled with the elastic synthetic resin 6 such as urethane resin and joined.

As shown by the arrow in FIG. 3, there is a problem that when a load is applied, the elastic synthetic resin 6 expands to form a step between the piece plates 1. For this reason, it is possible to use a hard cushion material instead of the soft cushion material 2, but in the case of a hard cushion material, it is difficult to cope with unevenness (unevenness) of the floor base, and a hard material cannot be expected to have soundproofing performance. There was a problem.

The object of the present invention is to prevent the occurrence of a step between the piece plates even when a soft cushion material is used, and to generate a squeak noise when walking. It is an object of the present invention to provide a flooring structure that can be easily manufactured without any risk of damage.

The piece plate 1, the hard sheet 7, and the soft cushion material 2 are integrated with an adhesive, the side end surfaces of the piece plates 1 are made into vertical flat surfaces, and the side end surfaces of adjacent piece plates 1 are brought into contact with each other without a gap. .

た。[Operation] By interposing the hard sheet 7 that does not easily expand and contract between the piece plate 1 and the soft cushion material 2 as described above, the plurality of piece plates 1 are connected by the hard sheet 7 that does not easily expand and contract. Even if the piece plates 1 can be bent, the piece plates 1 do not extend so as to separate from each other, and a step cannot be formed between the piece plates 1. Further, the side end surfaces of the piece plates 1 are made vertically flat and the side end surfaces of the adjacent piece plates 1 are brought into contact with each other without a gap, so that dust is not accumulated between the piece plates 1 and the appearance is not deteriorated. At the same time, no squeaking noise is generated at the joint between the adjacent piece plates 1 (when the adjacent piece plates are actually fitted together, the wooden materials are strongly rubbed against each other and squeaking noise is generated). Furthermore, a nonwoven fabric is used as the hard sheet 7, and the piece plate 1, the hard sheet 7 and the soft cushion material 2 are integrated with an adhesive, so that the adhesive penetrates into the hard sheet 7 of the nonwoven fabric to form a piece on both sides. The plate and the soft cushion material are bonded and integrated to facilitate manufacturing.

Are formed laterally in a stepwise manner so that their edges are abutted against each other and are integrally formed on the soft cushion material 2. Piece board 1
Is a wood decorative board with a makeup applied to the surface of a substrate such as plywood. The soft cushion material 2 is a synthetic resin foam such as polyethylene foam. In the case of the present invention, a hard sheet 7 which is hard to expand and contract is interposed between the plurality of piece plates 1 and the soft cushion material 2 over the entire surface. Nonwoven fabric is used for the hard sheet 7, and an adhesive is applied to the back side of the piece plate 1, and the hard sheet 7 made of nonwoven fabric and the soft cushion material 2 are stacked and stacked. At this time, the adhesive penetrates into the non-woven fabric and the soft cushion material 2 can be adhered at the same time. The side end faces of the piece plates 1 are vertical flat faces, and the side end faces of adjacent piece plates 1 are in contact with each other without a gap. On the outer periphery of the floor material 3, fitting connection means 8 including a convex portion 8a and a concave portion 8b is provided. The flooring material 3 having such a structure is directly attached to a flooring base such as a concrete slab for construction, and the flooring materials 3 adjacent to each other in the long side direction or the short side direction use the fitting connection means 8. To connect. When the construction is performed in this way, even if a load is applied from above the piece plate 1, since the space between the piece plates 1 does not extend in the hard sheet 7, a sunk of the piece plate 1 which causes a step does not occur.

て製造が容易になるものである。[Advantages of the Invention] As described above, the present invention has a hard sheet that does not easily expand and contract between a plurality of piece plates and a soft cushion material, so that it is difficult for the piece plates to grow apart from each other. It does not sink so that there is a step between the boards,
It can carry heavy objects, and since it only has a hard sheet interposed, it can have a simple structure. In addition, a hard sheet that does not easily expand and contract is placed between the multiple piece plates and the soft cushion material. Since the side edges of the piece plates are vertical flat surfaces and the side edges of adjacent piece plates are in contact with each other with no gap, dust will not accumulate between the piece plates and the appearance will not deteriorate, and No squeaking noise is generated at the joint between the mating piece plates (when the adjacent piece plates are actually mated, the wood materials rub strongly against each other and squeaking noise is generated). Since the piece plate, the hard sheet and the soft cushion material are integrated with an adhesive, an adhesive is applied to the back side of the piece board and the non-woven hard sheet and soft cushion material are stacked and stacked. This allows the adhesive to penetrate into the non-woven hard sheet and bond the soft cushion material at the same time, and the piece plate and the soft cushion material are bonded and integrated on both sides by permeating the adhesive into the non-woven hard sheet. This facilitates manufacturing.
