Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, a wood flooring material A'is formed by cutting a V-shaped or U-shaped groove of a veneer 2 of a surface material 3 in which a veneer 2 is attached to a plywood 1. 7'is formed and the design effect is exerted by the groove portion 7 ', but only the simple design effect is exerted, and when the groove portion 7'is deep, the strength of the veneer 2 and thus the strength of the surface material 3 are reduced. Not only was it done, but dust was accumulated in the groove 7 '.

The wood flooring of the present invention is a wood flooring in which a surface material 3 formed by sticking a plurality of veneers 2 on the surface of a plywood 1 is stuck to a base material 4. The butt ends are made uneven, and the veneers 2 are butted against each other so that the grooves 7 formed between the vacancies 6 of the veneer 2 are filled with the resin 8. With this configuration, the above object is achieved. It has been achieved. That is, the veneer 2 is abutted with the convex portions 5 on each other and the veneer 2
Since the resin is filled in the groove portion 7 formed by the concave portions 6 of each other, various design effects are exhibited by the groove portion 7, and since the resin portion 8 is filled in the groove portion 7, dust is accumulated in the groove portion 7. Not only that, but the joint area between the single plates 2 of the surface material 3 can be increased and the joint strength can be increased by the anchor effect. Therefore, even when a plurality of single plates 2 are attached, the strength is reduced. It's nothing. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The surface material 3 is, for example, a plywood 1 having a thickness of 2.7 mm and a plurality of single plates 2 having a thickness of 0.3 mm, which are laminated in parallel or orthogonally. The abutting ends of each veneer 2 are notched in a rectangular shape at a predetermined interval to be uneven. The veneer 2 is attached to the plywood 1 by abutting the convex portions 5 with each other. A rectangular groove 7 formed by the recesses 6 of the single plate 2 is filled with a soft resin 8 such as urethane resin. The surface material 3 is attached to the base material 4 via an elastic sheet 9 made of a soft material such as natural rubber, urethane resin, or silicon resin. The elastic sheet 9 absorbs impact force and improves soundproofing. Further, a plurality of cut grooves having a width of 3 mm and a pitch of 60 mm may be cut from the lower surface of the base material 4 to reduce the rigidity of the base material 4 to exert a vibration damping effect and further improve the soundproofing property. The base material 4 is plywood or the like, and is usually 2.3 to
The one with a thickness of 9.0 mm is used. A cushioning material 10 such as polyethylene or natural rubber foam having a thickness of about 5 mm is attached to the lower surface of the base material 4 of the wooden floor material A, and the adhesive is applied to a concrete surface such as a concrete slab of a building. It is directly attached and laid. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the abutting ends of the veneer 2 are notched in a triangular shape at a predetermined interval. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the surface side of the abutting end portion of the veneer 2 is cut to form the slope 2a, which further exhibits various design effects.

The present invention is a wood flooring material in which a surface material formed by sticking a plurality of veneers to the effect of plywood is stuck to a base material. Since the convex portions are butted against each other and the groove portion formed by the concave portions of the single plate is filled with resin, various design effects are exhibited by the groove portion, and since the groove portion is filled with resin, dust is not collected in the groove portion. Not only does not accumulate, but also increases the bonding area between the veneers of the surface material and the joint strength by the anchor effect. Therefore, even if multiple veneers are attached, the strength of the surface material can be improved. Without lowering,
When forming the surface material, the convex parts of each veneer are abutted against each other, but in this case the convex part serves as a mark and is guided by the convex part and each veneer is pasted in the correct position easily. A surface material can be formed.
