けでなく、溝部7′にごみが溜まったりしてしまってい

本考案の木質床材は、合板1の表面に複数枚の単板2を

質床材であって、単板2の突き合わせ端部を凹凸にする

6同士で形成される溝部7に樹脂8を充填させて成るも
のであり、この構成により上記目的が達成されたもので
ある。即ち、単板2を凸部5同士で突き合わせて単板2
の凹部6同士で形成される溝部7に樹脂8を充填させて
いるので、溝部7により多様なデザイン効果が発揮さ
れ、しかも溝部7に樹脂8を充填させているので、溝部
7にごみが溜ることがないだけでなく、表面材3の単板
2同士の接合面積を増加させると共にアンカー効果によ
り接合強度を大きくでき、従って、複数の単板2を貼着
させていても、強度が低下することもないものである。 以下、本考案を添付の図面に示す実施例に基づいて説明
する。 表面材3は例えば2.7mm厚の合板1に0.3mm厚のな
ら材のような複数枚の単板2を平行貼り、又は直交貼り
させたものである。各単板2の突き合わせ端部は所定の
間隔を置いて矩形状に切欠されて凹凸になっている。単
板2は凸部5同士で突き合わされて合板1に貼着されて
いる。単板2の凹部6同士で形成される長方形状の溝部
7にはウレタン樹脂のような軟質系の樹脂8が充填され
ている。 この表面材3が基材4に天然ゴム、ウレタン樹脂、シリ
コン樹脂等の軟質材からなる弾性シート9を介して貼着
されている。この弾性シート9により衝撃力が吸収され
防音性が向上する。又、基材4の下面から幅が3mmでピ
ッチが60mmの複数の切溝を切り込んで基材4の剛性を
低下させ制振効果を発揮させて更に防音性を向上させて
もよい。この基材4は合板などであり、通常2.3〜
9.0mm厚のものが使用される。 この木質床材Aの基材4の下面に厚5mm程度のポリエチ
レン、天然ゴムの発泡体のようなクツション材10が貼
着されて、例えば建物のコンクリートスラブのようなコ
ンクリート面上に接着剤を介して直接貼着して敷設され
る。 第4図乃至第6図に示す実施例にあっては、単板2の突
き合わせ端部は所定の間隔を置いて三角形状に切欠され
ている。 第7図に示す実施例にあっては、単板2の突き合わ端部
の表面側は切削されて斜面2aとなっており、更に多様
