(Prior Art and Problems Thereof) The conventional floor material (1) is deep on the back surface of the square member (2) constituting the floor material (1) as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-85608. A groove (6) is provided to prevent warpage and improve the compatibility with the base material. However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, in order to make the effect of preventing warpage and improving the conformability with the base material remarkable, the square member (2) is ⅓ of the material thickness from the back surface.
The groove (6) having the above depth is required, and the female part (4) and the male part (3) on the long side are cut out by the groove (6). (Refer to FIG. 6) Therefore, depending on the condition of the blade, the concave groove (6) of the male part (3) or the female part (4) may be used during cutting.
In some cases, there may be curls or fluffs in the vicinity, or the actual parts cut out by the groove (6) may be easily damaged by external force during transportation or construction, making it difficult to actually combine them with other floor materials (1). It was or,
As described above, there is a problem that fluff, curling or damage in the real part of the concave groove (6) causes floor squeal and unevenness after construction. In addition, when the floor material (1) is bonded to the floor base during the field construction, the excess adhesive is used as the male part (3).
There was a defect that it exudes to the surface side through the concave groove (6) and stains the floor surface.

(Purpose of Invention) The present invention was made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional example,
The purpose is to prevent warpage and improve familiarity with the base surface without impairing workability and transportability in floor materials that are constructed on-site by using an adhesive for the base material such as concrete, plywood and panels. The purpose is to provide the floor material.

The square member (2) has at least one groove (6) on the back surface.
Is formed so as to cross the back surface from one long side portion to the opposite long side portion (hereinafter referred to as grooved square member (2a)), and a groove (6) is formed. There are two types of non-grooved squares (hereinafter referred to as ungrooved squares (2b)). The grooved square (2a) is located at the center and the long squares (2b) are formed on both sides. They are arranged and the two are actually combined. Although the number of grooved square members (2a) may be one, a plurality of grooved square members (2a) are actually joined at their long sides, and the grooveless square members (2b) (2b) are located on the outermost side. Are actually combined. That is, the outermost floor material (1) formed by actually combining three or more rectangular members (2) is a grooveless rectangular member (2b).

Also, in the joint portion (7) between the square members (2), the notch (8a) on the surface side of one square member (2) and the protrusion on the surface side of the other square member (2) are formed so as not to cause a gap. While making contact with the portion (9a), a clearance (11) is provided between the rear surface side cutout portion (8b) of one square member (2) and the rear surface side protrusion (9b) of the other square member (2). ) Is generally possible.

Then, the male part (3) and the female part (4) on the long side of the square member (2) are joined, and at the same time, they are displaced stepwise in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined dimension and, as described above, the grooved square member (3). 2a) is on the inside, and grooveless square members (2b) are arranged on the outside to connect them.

The joint part (7) between the square members (2) is appropriately adhesive (12)
Are reinforced by the space between the rear side notch (8b) of the male part (3) and the rear side protruding part (9b) of the female part (4) when the square member (2) is joined. The gap may be filled with the adhesive (12). In that case, a rubber-based or vinyl-resin-based material having a little flexibility even after the adhesive is cured is preferable,
It is desirable to arrange so as to straddle the groove (6).

The backing material (10) is, in addition to foamed resin sheets, rubber sheets, non-woven fabrics, etc., when soundproofing is required, so-called sound-insulating sheets, metal powder, metal oxides, sheets mixed with inorganic powder, glass wool mats, etc. , Which has flexibility and some compression resistance, fits into the unevenness of the floor base material and can be cut with a cutter, etc., and configures the floor material (1) according to the size of the site. Any material that can separate the square member (2) may be used.

In particular, in the fruit of the third embodiment, the front and back protrusions of the female part (4) have the same length, and the rear side notch (8b) of the male part (3) is made larger than the front side notch (8a). There is. In addition, the above-mentioned Example 1,

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the present example is used as the joining means of the square member (2), but it is not limited to this, and other joining means such as "Yaitoi" or phase cut may be used. It is sufficient if the sides of (2) are integrated.

(Effect) The claim (1) of the present invention is located at the central portion in the floor material in which the long sides of at least three rectangular members having the joining means on the four side surfaces are integrally joined as described above. A rectangular groove is provided on the back surface of only the square member so as to traverse the back surface from one long side portion to the opposite long side portion, but the square members on both sides of the floor material have no groove. Therefore, there is no "turning" or "deformation" that occurs when a groove is formed,
It can be smoothly joined like ordinary square members, has good workability at the site, and has the advantage that floor squeal and unevenness will not occur after construction. Even if the surplus adhesive is applied and the floor material is pressure-bonded, the squares on both sides do not have concave grooves, so the bonded fruit prevents the adhesive from seeping out to the surface side and the surface of the floor material. Does not impair makeup. That is, since the flooring material according to the present invention has the above-described structure, it has "compatibility" and "warping prevention" with the base material which cannot be achieved due to the contradictory properties of the conventional flooring material. , "Joinability" and "floor ringing" and "landlessness" after construction
It was possible to achieve such prevention at the same time.

In addition to claim (1), since the sheet-like backing material is attached integrally to the back surface of the flooring material, the backing material can be an uneven surface of the flooring material. There is also an advantage in that the flooring material of the present invention is absorbed to enhance the conformability to the flooring material.
