Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、シートを仕分けるソータ等のシート処理装
置に関する。
（従来技術） 従来第２図に示す如く、ベース10の上に構造体である
直方状の中空フレーム11を固定し、別々に組み立てられ
た分配ユニット下12、分配ユニット上13及び搬送ユニッ
ト14を中空フレーム11内所定位置に螺子等により取り付
けたシート処理装置は公知である。
又、第３図に示す如く、ベース30両側に側板31,32を
直立して固定し、該側板31,32に搬送、仕分けに必要な
各部品を取り付けて行くようにしたシート処理装置は公
知である。
（発明が解決しようとする課題） 上記従来技術の前者は、中空フレーム11が大きく運搬
が大変で全体にしめるコストも大きくなり、後者は高さ
や巾が大きいので流れ作業での組み立てが困難であり、
一人で１台を最初から最後迄組み立てようとすると作業
能率が極めて悪くなり、従って多くの人数を必要とする
という問題点があった。
（発明の構成・動作） 本発明は前記問題点を解決することを目的とし、シー
ト搬送手段、シート分配手段からなる多数のビンを有す
るビンユニットを別々に組み立て、各ビンユニットを一
体的に結合したことを特徴とするものである。
次に第１図に示した本発明の一実施例に基づいて詳細
に説明する。１はベースである。２は分配ユニット下、
３は分配ユニット上、４は搬送ユニットで夫々別々に組
み立てられている。ベース１の上にこの分配ユニット下
２を載置固定し、その上に分配ユニット上３、その上に
搬送ユニット４を重ねて螺子等により互に着脱自在に一
体的に結合し全体としてシート処理の構造体に構成す
る。
（効果） 本発明によると、シート搬送手段、シート分配手段か
らなる多数のビンを有するビンユニットを別々に組み立
て、各ビンユニットを一体的に結合してあるので、従来
のように大きなフレームが必要となり、各ユニットを量
産により能率よく作製され、又運搬や移動時には各ユニ
ットを容易に分割して外せるので作業性がよいという特
徴を有するものである。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】シート搬送手段、シート分配手段からなる
    多数のビンを有するビンユニットを別々に組み立て、各
    ビンユニットを一体的に結合したシート処理装置。
  2. 【請求項２】前記ビンユニットはシート処理装置の筐体
    であることを特徴とする請求項１のシート処理装置。
