Conventionally, to build a steel-framed building, one-sixth of the pillars supporting the roof skeleton were penetrated by jacks that could be slid by a jack mechanism into a large-diameter steelworker. After the jack mechanism is extended, the shed floor structure is lifted up so as to form a space corresponding to one layer between the shed floor structure and the lower floor structure. The columns for the first floor are brought in between the columns of the floor by a hoist crane, the mounting beams are installed, and then the columns that can be slid by the jack mechanism are pulled up into a large-diameter steel pipe, and then pulled up. The columns are loaded with a hoist crane between the upper and lower columns of the space, the mounting beams are installed, and the beam installed earlier is used to construct a skeleton for one floor, and this operation is repeated to build a multi-story building. A method of constructing the structure is known (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-27446). .

The conventional construction method allows construction under the roof floor at all times irrespective of the weather because there is always a roof floor, and there is no danger of disaster due to work at height because work is performed only under the roof floor. However, since a tower hoist crane is used instead of a tower crane or a mobile crane, there is no danger of crane booms or hanging loads falling out of the site even if the site is narrow, even if the site is narrow. However, when the roof floor skeleton is originally supported by a large number of pillars, when the jacks attached to these columns are extended to 1/6 of the pillars, the roof floor skeleton is pushed up. / 6 pillars alone support the entire load of the roof slab, so the floor on which the pillars are erected, that is, the lower story skeleton, must be strongly reinforced. / 6 pillar is inserted into a large diameter steel pipe. Structure has a drawback that it is necessary to reinforce the periphery of the steel pipe shed Kaimukuro body with a complicated since it is.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a lift-up method that eliminates these drawbacks and does not require the reinforcement of the pillar standing portions of the roof slab and the lower slab.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention constructs a top floor above a lower floor supported by main pillars, and establishes temporary pillars penetrating the top floor on the lower floor. A first step of lifting the floor of the top floor by a hydraulic jack or other lift-up device attached to the temporary pillar to a height combining the lower floor and the immediately upper floor, and a lower step using an overhead crane. The third connecting the main pillar supporting the floor of the floor and the main pillar supporting the floor of the immediately above floor to construct the beam of the floor directly above the floor
The steps and a fourth step of moving the temporary pillars from the lower floor to the floor immediately above are used to implement means of a lift-up method using temporary pillars in which the immediately upper floors are sequentially constructed.

In FIG. 1, as a first step of constructing a steel-framed building, a top floor 2 serving as a roof is constructed above a lower floor 1 and concrete is poured on these floors 1 and 2 to lower the floor. The floor 1 on the floor is supported by the main pillar 3, and the floor 2 on the top floor is the main pillar 3.
Is supported on a hydraulic jack 5 attached to a temporary pillar 4 established near the position of (1). In this case, the temporary pillar 4 extends upward through the floor 2 on the top floor, and the lower beam floor 1 at the lower end of the temporary pillar 4 is provided with the receiving beam 6. An overhead crane 8 is provided so as to be able to run on a rail 7 on the lower surface of the vehicle.

Next, as a second step, as shown in FIG. 2, the operation of extending the hydraulic jack 5, slightly raising the floor 2 on the top floor and locking it to the temporary pillar 4, and then replacing the hydraulic jack 5 is repeated, Or two front and rear hydraulic jacks (not shown)
After the floor 2 on the top floor is lifted up to the height of the lower floor and the directly higher floor by repeating the operation of alternately expanding and contracting these hydraulic jacks, as a third step, FIG. As shown, an overhead crane 8 is used to connect a main pillar 3 'supporting the floor 1' on the immediately upper floor to a main pillar 3 supporting the floor 1 on the lower floor, and as shown in FIG. 8, the beam 1 "is connected between the main columns 3 ', 3' to construct the floor 1 'on the floor immediately above.

Next, as a fourth step, as shown in FIG. 5, a hydraulic jack 5 is preferably added to the other side of the temporary pillar 4, and the upper ends of the hydraulic jacks 5, 5 on both sides are fixed to the lower surface of the floor 2 on the top floor. After that, the hydraulic jacks 5,5 are contracted, the temporary pillars 4 are slightly raised and locked on the floor 1 'of the immediately above floor, and then the hydraulic jacks 5,5 are engaged.
The temporary pillars 4 are raised from the lower floor 1 to the floor 1 'on the upper floor by repeating the operation of rearranging the floor, and the opening under the temporary pillar 4 on the floor 1' on the upper floor is closed to close the temporary pillar 4. Lower beam 6
Is installed.

In the above-described embodiment, the hydraulic jack 5 is extended and retracted to raise the floor 2 on the top floor to lift up the floor 2 on the top floor, and at the same time, the hydraulic jack 5 itself is moved upward. Lifting up is not limited to this method, and as shown in FIG.
A rod 10 having the top floor 2 fixed thereto from the top 9 to the lower end thereof is fixed downward, and the center hole jack 5 'fixed to the top floor 2 is pulled up along the rod 10, as shown in FIG. The method of fixing the floor 2 on the top floor to the lower end of the rod 10 hanging down from the top 9 of the temporary pillar 4 and pulling up the rod 10 with the center hole jack 5 'fixed to the top 9 of the temporary pillar 4, etc. As shown, an appropriate method such as a method in which the wire rope 11 fixed to the floor 2 on the top floor is pulled up by the winch 12 fixed to the top 9 of the temporary pillar 4 can be adopted.

The present invention enables construction regardless of the weather because the floor on the top floor is always present, and works are performed within the height of two floors. Because only overhead cranes are used and no tawa cranes or mobile cranes are used, construction can be performed even on narrow premises, and there is no danger of crane booms or suspended loads jumping out of the premises or dropping of suspended loads. In addition to this, the present invention uses temporary pillars to lift the floor on the top floor. There is no need to strongly reinforce the floor of the lower story frame where the columns are erected, and there is no need to reinforce the floor of the roof story frame to insert the main columns into the large-diameter steel pipes. Simple construction, reinforcement materials and reinforcement work Labor is not required, and there is an effect of the combination of the temporary pillars and lift-up tool can be directly diverted to other construction work.
