ワックス除去等のための洗浄剤及び付着水除去用溶剤と
して1,1,2−トリクロロ−1,2,2−トリフルオロエタン
(R113)が、発泡剤としてトリクロロモノフルオロメタ
ン(R11)が、プロペラントや冷媒としてジクロロジフ
ルオロメタン(R12)が使われている。

活性剤Aという)は分子量1600のものを用いた。30mm×
18mm×15mm厚のガラス板を純水に浸漬後、本発明の溶剤
組成物に20秒間浸して水切りを行い、取り出したガラス
板を無水メタノール中に浸漬してその水分増加量から付
着水の除去効果を調べた。比較例としてR113についても
同様の試験を行つた。付着水除去の度合を第1表に示
す。
