られ、片持ち支持される弁板が上下に開いたときの開き
角度を規制するべくその弁板を所定角度の傾斜状態に制
止する上下のストッパと、前記フレームの中心部に重り
を兼ねて設けられ、固定子の外周側に組み合わされた回
転子がフレームと共に回転するように、該回転子に複数
個のアームの各基端部が結合された発電機と、該発電機
の固定子を回転させず且つ前記水上漂泊物から固定子ま
