DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of use] The present invention relates to a scooter-type motorcycle headlight arrangement structure including a front cover integrally formed with a front portion of a leg shield and a fender portion. In particular, the present invention relates to a headlamp arrangement structure in which, when the headlamp is mounted on the front leg shield part, the front-back position of the headlamp can be freely selected. [Prior Art] Conventionally, in a scooter type motorcycle or tricycle, a front cover is integrally formed with a front leg shield part covering the front side of the steering shaft cylinder shaft and a fender part covering the upper part of the front wheel. In some cases, as the front cover, there is a conventional one in which the leg shield part and the fender part are formed in a side view shell shape as a whole. Further, in the case of mounting a headlight on such a front cover portion, there is a conventional example in which the headlight is arranged at the upper end portion of the front cover (for example, see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-72380). [Problems to be solved by the invention] By the way, in the front cover in which the front leg shield part and the fender part are integrally formed, in addition to the above-mentioned shell type, the front leg shield part is provided along the steering shaft tube. There is also a case in which the fender portion is formed so as to cover it, and the fender portion is formed so as to extend continuously to the lower end portion of the front leg shield portion. If you have such a front cover,
When trying to mount a headlight on the leg shield part according to the above conventional example, in order to avoid interference with the steering shaft tube and the like,
There is no choice but to largely project the headlamp forward from the front edge of the front leg shield part, and therefore the degree of freedom in the front-back direction position of the headlamp is low, and in some cases, the front leg can be placed along the steering shaft tube. The appearance of the shield portion may be impaired, and the length of the headlamp mounting portion in the front-rear direction may be increased, which may increase the size of the portion. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to freely select the front-rear direction position of the headlight when arranging the headlight in the front leg shield part along the steering shaft tube and reduce the amount of protrusion to the front. The appearance of the scooter type automatic can be reduced by reducing the front-back length of the headlamp mounting part,
It is to provide a headlight arrangement structure for a tricycle. [Means for Solving Problems] In the present invention, the front leg shield portion 19 that covers the front side of the steering shaft tube 3 and the fender portion 20 that covers the upper portion of the front wheel 5 are viewed from the side, the front leg shield portion. Reference numeral 19 designates a front leg shield portion of a scooter type motorcycle or tricycle having a front cover 18 formed integrally with the steering shaft tube 3 so as to form a tapered beak shape of the fender portion 20.
In the structure in which the headlamp is arranged in 19 parts, the lamp support portion 21 is formed by bulging forward on the front cover 18,
The lamp supporting portion 21 is provided with a pair of left and right side walls 21d, 21d extending vertically downward along the left and right edges of the front leg shield portion 19 and extending downward along the left and right edges, and the side walls 21d, 21d. 2
1d consisting of a lateral wall 21c spanned between the upper edges, a vertical wall 21a that connects the front end peripheral edges of the lateral wall 21c and the left and right side walls 21d and the upper surface of the fender portion 20, and is substantially the front leg shield portion 19 A substantially rectangular lamp support hole 21b is formed in the central portion of the front cover 18 having the same width, and the vertical wall 21a is open to the front. Insert the lamp case 22 into the lamp support hole 21b and attach the mounting bolt 23
Is fixed to the edge of the lamp support hole 21b with the lamp case 22 and the opening portion of the vertical wall 21a is closed by the lamp case 22, and a pair of left and right lamp insertion holes 22a are formed in the lamp case 22 in close proximity to each other. A headlight in which a reflector 24c for holding a light bulb 24b and a lens 24d are integrated in each lamp insertion hole 22a.
Headlamps for the left and right viewed from above with 24 inserted
Both of the reflecting mirrors 24c, 25c such that the opposing portions of the back surfaces of the reflecting mirrors 24c, 24c of 24, 24 form a space 30 in front of the steering shaft tube 3.
It is characterized in that the back surface of the is substantially arcuate. (Operation) According to the headlamp arrangement structure according to the present invention, while inserting and arranging the headlamp 24 in which the reflecting mirror 24b holding the light bulb 24b and the lens 24d are integrated in each lamp insertion hole 22a, When viewed from above, the rear surfaces of the left and right headlamps 24, 24 are arranged so that the opposite parts of the rear surfaces of the reflecting mirrors 24c, 24c form a space 30 in front of the steering shaft tube 3. Since it has a substantially arcuate shape, the left and right headlights 24, 24 can be retracted so as to be located on the left and right sides of the steering shaft tube 3, and can be placed in front of the steering shaft tube 3. This can be performed arbitrarily, and the degree of freedom in the front-back direction position of the headlamp 24 is increased. Therefore, even when the headlamp 24 is upsized, it can be arranged at the optimum front-back position, and the appearance of the front leg shield part that is along the steering axis is not impaired, and the headlamp mounting part The front-rear length can be shortened to reduce the size. In addition, the lamp support part 21 is the front leg shield part.
A pair of left and right side walls 21d and 21d that are provided upright from the left and right edges of 19 and extend along the left and right edges, and the side walls 21d and 21d.
And a vertical wall 21a connecting the front end rims of the horizontal wall 21c and the left and right side walls 21d to the upper surface of the fender portion 20, and is substantially equal to the front leg shield portion 19. Since the front cover 18 is formed to have a width and is arranged in the central portion of the front cover 18, a bulged portion having a large width is formed on the front cover by the side wall, the lateral wall, and the vertical wall, and the rigidity of the front cover in the vertical direction is increased. Therefore, while setting the fender portion in a beak-like shape that protrudes forward, it is possible to suppress the shake generated by traveling vibration and the like, and even if the enlarged headlamp is directly supported by the front cover, the front cover is damaged. There is no such thing. Therefore, it is not necessary to extend the bracket to support the headlight from the body frame,
The mounting structure of the headlight can be simplified, and since the position of the headlight is not restricted because the bracket is provided, the degree of freedom can be further expanded. Further, since the headlight 24 is provided in the central portion of the upper surface of the front cover 18, the fender portion 20 functions as a bumper to prevent damage to the headlight 24 due to contact with other objects. Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 4 are views for explaining a headlight arrangement structure of a scooter type motorcycle according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a scooter type motorcycle,

A footrest plate support portion 2a is bent downward at the center of the body frame 2, and a footrest plate 8 is provided on the upper side of the footrest plate support portion 2a and an under cowl 9 is provided on the lower side thereof. It is arranged. A seat 11 is mounted above the backstay 2b following the footrest plate support portion 2a of the vehicle body frame 2, and a lower portion of the seat 11 is surrounded by a side cover 12. Below the side cover 12, an engine unit in which an engine 13a and a transmission case 13b are integrated with each other.
13 is arranged, and a rear wheel 14 having a wide tire 14a having the same diameter as that of the front wheel 5 is pivotally supported by an axle 15 at the rear end portion of the transmission case 13b. The front end of the engine unit 13 is pivotally supported via a link 16 to a support bracket 17 fixed to the footrest plate support 2a of the vehicle body frame 2. From the steering shaft cylinder 3 of the vehicle body frame 2 to the footrest plate support portion 2a
The rear leg shield 10 is attached to the upper part of the leg shield 10 and the lower end of the leg shield 10 is connected to the footrest plate 8. A front cover 18 is attached to the front side of the steering shaft tube 3. The front cover 18 is formed by integrally molding a front leg shield portion 19 that covers the front side of the steering shaft tube 3 and a fender portion 20 that covers the upper portion of the front wheel 5 with resin.
The front leg shield portion 19 has a shape along the steering shaft tube 3 when viewed from the side, and is fixed to a bracket 3a fixed to the steering shaft tube 3 with a mounting bolt 18a. Further, the fender portion 20 is formed in a tapered beak shape in which the thickness in the vertical direction becomes thinner toward the front, and the lower end of the fender portion 20 has the lower end of the footrest plate 8
Connected to the extension of. A lamp support portion 21 is formed on the front leg shield portion 19 of the front cover 18 so as to bulge forward. The lamp support portion 21 is provided with a pair of left and right side walls 21b, 21b which are provided upright from the left and right side edges of the front side leg shield portion 19 and extend downward along the left and right side edges, and the left and right side walls. 21b, a lateral wall 21c spanned between the upper edges of 21b,
Front end peripheral edges of the lateral wall 21c and the left and right side walls 21b and the fender portion
It comprises a vertical wall 21a connected to the upper surface of 20. The lamp support portion 21 is formed to have a width substantially equal to that of the front leg shield portion 19 and is arranged in the central portion of the front cover 18. Further, the vertical wall 21a is formed with a substantially rectangular lamp support hole 21b that opens forward. This lamp support hole 2
A lamp case 22 is inserted in 1b and is fixed to an edge portion of the lamp support hole 21b by a mounting bolt 23, and the lamp case 22 constitutes a part of a vertical wall 21a of the lamp support portion 21. There is. A pair of left and right lamp insertion holes 22a are formed in the lamp case 22, and a headlamp 24 is inserted in each of the insertion holes 22a, and a grommet is attached to the case 22.
It is fixed via 24a. This headlamp 24 is located near the front edge 19a of the front leg shield portion 19 when viewed from the side,
Further, they are located on the left and right sides of the steering shaft tube 3 when viewed from the front. Reference numeral 25 denotes a luggage storage basket, and the leg portion 25a and the fender portion 20 are bolted and fixed to the frame bracket together with the fender portion 20. Next, the operation and effect of this embodiment will be described. In a scooter-type motorcycle that employs a front leg shield part having a shape along the steering shaft tube, when one headlamp is arranged in the center of the front leg shield part, the rear steering is performed as described above. A predetermined space is required between the headlight and the steering axis tube in order to avoid interference with the axis tube and to secure a wiring space for the lamp. Therefore, there is no choice but to largely project the headlight forward, which may impair the external appearance of the front leg shield part along the steering shaft tube, and the front-rear length of the headlight mounting part becomes long. There's a problem. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the headlamp 24
Are arranged on the left and right sides of the steering shaft tube 3 when viewed from the front, so that there is a large space behind the headlight 24, and there is a problem of interference with the steering shaft tube 3. Never happens,
The degree of freedom in the front-rear position of the headlight 24 is high. Therefore, the headlamp 24 can be retracted as needed, the amount of protrusion of the headlamp 24 can be reduced, and the problem of the above-described appearance deterioration can be avoided, and the front-rear length of the mounting portion can be shortened to reduce the size. Further, when the fender portion 20 is formed in an overhang shape in the front as in the present embodiment, the supporting rigidity of the fender portion may be insufficient depending on the design, and the fender portion may swing due to traveling vibration or the like. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, since the lamp support portion 21 is bulged in the front leg shield portion 19 portion, the bulging portion improves the support rigidity of the fender portion 20, and the occurrence of the above-described runout can be suppressed. . Further, in mounting the headlamp 24 on the lamp support portion 21, first, the headlamp 24 is mounted on the lamp case 22, and the sub-assembled assembly is mounted in the lamp support hole 21b. That alone improves workability, and in the assembled state, the lamp case 22 closes the lamp support hole 21b, which contributes to the improvement in rigidity. Although the headlight 24 is arranged in front of the steering shaft tube 3 when viewed from the side in the above-described embodiment, the problem of interference between the headlight and the steering shaft tube does not occur in the present invention. It is also possible to arrange the headlight further rearward, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, so that a part of the headlight 24 overlaps with the steering shaft tube 3 when viewed from the side. If so, the front-rear length of the mounting portion of the headlight 24 can be further shortened. Further, although the above embodiment is an example of the scooter type motorcycle, the present invention can of course be applied to a scooter type motorcycle. [Advantages of the Invention] As described above, according to the headlamp arrangement structure for the scooter-type motorcycle according to the present invention, a pair of left and right headlamps are arranged on the left and right sides of the steering shaft tube. Since the opposite mirrors of the left and right headlamps when viewed from above form a space in front of the steering shaft cylinder, the rear surfaces of both reflectors are formed in a substantially arc shape. The problem of interference between the headlight and the steering shaft tube does not occur, and therefore the degree of freedom in the front-back direction position of the headlight is high,
This has the effect of contributing to the improvement of the external appearance and the miniaturization of the mounting portion. The lamp support part is erected forward from the left and right side edges of the front leg shield part and corresponds to a pair of left and right side walls, and a lateral wall spanned between the upper edges of the left and right side walls, and the front ends of the lateral wall and the left and right side walls. The bulging portion having a large width is formed in the center portion of the front cover by being formed by the vertical wall connecting the peripheral edge and the upper surface of the fender portion, and having the width substantially equal to that of the front leg shield portion. The rigidity of the front cover formed in the cover in the vertical direction can be increased.
