軸7に夫々枢支されているクロスア−ム10a,10bよりな
っている。そして上部軸8の両側に軸受輪9を取付けて
横移動し易くした。又、中心位置の押え板支持装置6の
上部軸8を上枠1aと下枠1b間に固定し、両側の支持装置
が中心に集るようにした。さらに上枠1aの中心上部にタ
−ンテ−ブル14を設け、該タ−ンテ−ブル上にフォ−
ク爪取付枠15を固設し、フォ−クリフトで荷役できる
ようにした。
