【発明の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本発明は、各種遊技機能装置を備えた開閉体を左右一側方に設けた蝶番機構に
より開閉自在に支持体で支持するようにした遊技機に関するものである。 〈従来の技術〉 従来の遊技機に設ける蝶番機構としては、一方の開閉具に回動軸を立設すると
ともに、他方の開閉具に回動軸を貫通させ得る回動孔を開設し、それぞれの開閉
具を開閉体及び支持体へ予め配設し、回動軸の先端から回動孔へ挿入されること
により支持体に対して開閉体が回動自在な状態に蝶着されるものが用いられてい
た。 また、遊技機において、蝶番機構を用いて開閉自在に取り付ける開閉体として
は、各種遊技機能装置を備える遊技盤収納フレームや、該遊技盤収納フレームを
支持する支持体である共に機枠に開閉自在に支持される前面枠や、この前面枠に
開閉自在に取り付けられるガラス枠(遊技盤の前面に臨むガラス板を支持する枠
体)や前面パネル(球供給皿が取り付けられるパネル体)等があり、これらの開
閉体を開くことにより、各種遊技機能装置を含む内部機構の保守や修理を容易に
行えるようになっている。 〈発明が解決しようとする課題〉 しかしながら、各種遊技装置を備えることで比較的重量がある開閉体を支持体
へ取り付ける場合、その重量を安定して支えるために複数の蝶番機構を一側方に
並設しているため、これら蝶番機構における回動軸と回動孔とを適正に嵌合させ
て開閉体を支持体へ取り付ける作業は、甚だ煩雑なものとなってしまうのである
。 すなわち、遊技機の製造時や遊技機のメンテナ ンス時には、支持体に対して開閉体を着脱する作業が必要となり、特に開閉体を
支持体に取り付けるために回動軸と回動孔とを嵌合させる場合には、重量のある
開閉体を持ち上げて回動孔の直上方へ回動軸を位置させるように微妙な配置調整
を行って、回動軸を回動孔へ落とし込まなければならないので、複数設けた全て
の蝶番機構における回動軸と回動孔とを一度に嵌合させるためには、相当の熟練
が必要なのである。 従って、標準的に用いられている蝶番を以て蝶番機構とした遊技機においては
、その製造作業、保守作業および修理作業の作業効率を低下させることとなって
しまうのである。 〈課題を解決するための手段〉 本発明は、上記に鑑み提案されたもので、各種遊技機能装置(例えば、遊技盤
11,裏機構盤10,球貯留タンク16など)を備えた開閉体(例えば、裏機構
盤10)を左右一側方に設けた蝶番機構(例えば、第1種の回動支持金具9aお
よび第2種の回動支持金具9b)により着脱可能であ って、且つ 開閉自在に支持体(例えば、機枠2,遊技盤収納フレーム8など)で
支持するようにした遊技機(例えば、パチンコ機1など)において、水平方向に
延出する第1の水平板(例えば、支持片19)に円柱状の回動軸(例えば、支持
軸20)を立設してなる第1開閉具(例えば、第1金具21a)と、水平方向に
延出する第2の水平板(例えば、水平部分23など)に上記第1開閉具の回動軸
を貫通させ得る回動孔(25a)を開設するとともに、水平板の外縁部から回動
孔へ第1開閉具の回動軸を導入する外縁部側が回動軸の軸径より大きく且つ回動
孔へ向かい縮幅する回動軸導入空部(例えば、支持軸導入空部26a)を形成し
、該回動軸導入空部と回動孔とが連通する連通領域を、回動軸の軸径よりも小な
る通常状態と、回動軸を導入する際に当該回動軸が上記連通領域を拡張しながら
上記回動孔に導入可能な導入状態とに変化可能とし、上記開閉体を外すべく上記
回動軸を当該回動孔から脱出させる際には、当該開閉体を水平板に対して略直角
方向に移動するこ とにより上記連通領域を拡張することなく脱出可能な 第2開閉具(例えば、第2
金具22a)と、からなる蝶番機構(例えば、第1種の回動支持金具9a)を少
なくとも1箇所以上備えたものである。 〈作用〉 第2開閉具における回動軸導入空部と回動孔とを連通する連通領域を、第1開
閉具の回動軸を導入可能な導入状態にすることで、第2の水平板の側方から回動
軸を回動孔に嵌合させることができ、連通領域が回動軸より小なる通常状態に復
帰すると、回動軸が回動孔から脱することがないので、回動軸は回動孔へ回動自
在に保持されることとなる。 〈実施例〉 以下、本発明の実施例を図面にもとづいて説明する。 遊技機としてのパチンコ機1は、第1図及び第2図に示すように、機枠2の一
側にヒンジ3,3によって窓部4を有する前面枠5を開閉自在に軸 着し、該前面枠5の窓部4にはガラス枠6と開閉パネル7を開閉自在に軸着し、
前面枠5の裏面には窓部4を裏側から塞ぐようにして遊技盤収納フレーム8を固
定し、該遊技盤収納フレーム8の一側に回動支持金具9,9によって裏機構盤1
0を開閉可能に軸着してなる。 上述したパチンコ機1は、各種の開閉体を左右一側方に設けた蝶番機構により
開閉自在に支持体で支持する構成を多数備えている。例えば、前面枠5を開閉体
とすると機枠2が支持体となり、ガラス枠6を開閉体とすると前面枠5が支持体
となり、裏機構盤10を開閉体とすると遊技盤収納フレーム8が支持体となるの
である。なお、以下の説明では、遊技盤収納フレーム8を支持体とし、裏機構盤
10を開閉体として蝶番機構を設けた例のみを示す。 遊技盤収納フレーム8は、前面が開放した金属製の浅い枠体であり、内部の下
部に遊技盤11を載置するフレームボード12を取付けて該フレームボード12
の上方を遊技盤収納空間とし、背面 には遊技盤11の裏面に取付けた賞球集合樋13が入る開口部14を開設してあ
る。この遊技盤収納フレーム8内に装着した遊技盤11を止着するには、遊技盤
収納フレーム8の側面部に配設した遊技盤係止部材15,15の係止レバーを手
で回動し、該係止レバーの先端係止部を遊技盤の側縁に係止することにより止着
する。 上記した遊技盤収納フレーム8の背面に取付ける裏機構盤10は、合成樹脂製
の枠体に各種遊技機能装置群よりなる裏機構を設けたものであり、図面に示す実
施例では、球貯留タンク16、球導出樋、賞球排出装置、賞球流下樋等の裏機構
を設けてあり、また遊技盤11の賞球集合樋13が入る開口部14の下方前面に
は賞球を受け止めて流下制御装置に案内する球受棚17を形成し、該球受棚17
の傾斜下端に入賞球流下制御器を設けてある。 この裏機構盤10を遊技盤収納フレーム8に取付ける蝶番機構としての回動支
持金具9は、ガラス枠6や前面枠5のヒンジ3,3側に取付けられ ており、第2図に示す実施例では、ワンタッチで装着可能な第1種の回動支持金
具9aと、従来の金具と同様な第2種の回動支持金具9bとがあり、第1種の回
動支持金具9aを上方に、第2種の回動支持金具9bを下方に取付けてある。 本発明に係る遊技機に設ける蝶番機構としての第1種の回動支持金具9aの第
1実施例は、第3図から第5図に示すように、縦方向の止着片18の下端縁に略
水平方向の支持片19を形成し、該支持片19に支持軸20を上向きに立設した
第1金具21aを、水平方向に延出する第1の水平板に円柱状の回動軸を立設し
て成る第1開閉具とし、該第1金具21aの支持軸20に嵌合する第2金具22
aを、水平方向に延出する第2の水平板に第1開閉具の回動軸を貫通させ得る回
動孔を開設した第2開閉具としてある。 第2金具22aは、鋼板等弾性を有する素材を成形してなり、ほぼ水平な水平
部分23の基端に止着片24を起立させ、先端には前記支持軸20を貫通可能な
大きさの回動孔25aを開設し、該 回動孔25aから一側縁に亘って回動孔25aとの連通部分の幅が支持軸20の
直径よりも僅かに幅狭であって次第に拡幅する、即ち支持軸20の直径よりも幅
広な外側開口部から次第に縮幅する支持軸導入空部26を形成し、該支持軸導入
空部26aの横には支持軸導入空部26aに沿ってスリット27を切り欠いて支
持軸導入空部26aの側縁部分に適度なバネ性をもたせてなる。 したがって、この第2開閉具たる第2金具22aは、水平板の外縁部から回動
孔へ第1開閉具の回動軸を導入する回動軸導入空部を形成し、該回動軸導入空部
と回動孔とが連通する連通領域を、回動軸の軸径よりも小なる通常状態と、回動
軸を導入可能な導入状態とに変化可能となる。 斯かる第2金具22aを裏機構盤10に取付けるには、止着片24をビス等に
より裏機構盤10に固定して水平部分23を裏機構盤10の側面から側方に突出
させる。そして、第4図に示すように、第2金具22aの支持軸導入空部26a
の外側開口部を第1金具21aの支持軸20に臨ませ て支持軸導入空部26aの外側開口部を第1金具21aの支持片19よりも僅か
に高く位置させ、この状態で第2金具22aを遊技盤収納フレーム8側に前進さ
せると、支持軸20が支持軸導入空部26aの外側開口部内に入り込み、更に第
2金具22aを前方に押圧すると、支持軸20がクサビ作用により支持軸導入空
部26aの側縁部分をスリット27側に撓ませて彎曲し、支持軸導入空部26a
の幅を拡大する(導入状態)。 そして、更に第2金具22aを前方に押圧して支持軸20を支持軸導入空部2
6aの奥に移動させると、支持軸20が支持軸導入空部26aの最狭部を通過し
て回動孔25a内に嵌合する。支持軸20が回動孔25a内に嵌合してしまうと
、支持軸導入空部26aの側縁部分が弾性力により復帰して支持軸導入空部26
aの最狭部の幅を支持軸20の直径よりも狭い初期状態に戻す(通常状態)。 したがって、この状態で第2金具22aを水平方向に後退させて外そうとして
も、支持軸20が 支持軸導入空部26aの最狭部を通過することができず、外れない。但し、第2
金具22aを上昇すると、支持軸20が回動孔25a内から抜け出すので、簡単
に外すことができる。 第2種の回動支持金具9bは、第6図に示すように、縦方向の止着片28の下
端縁に略水平方向の支持片29を形成し、該支持片29に先端に案内面30を形
成した支持軸31を上向きに立設したフレーム側金具32と、該フレーム側金具
32の支持軸31に嵌合する挿通孔33を開設した回動片34の基端に止着片3
5を有する機構盤側金具36とからなる。 なお、挿通孔33の下開口縁にはサラモミ等により案内面33′を形成するこ
とが望ましい。フレーム側金具32を遊技盤収納フレーム8に取付けるには、支
持軸31が前記第1金具21aの支持軸20と略同一鉛直線上に位置する状態で
ビス等により止着片28を遊技盤収納フレーム8の背面に固定する。また、機構
盤側金具36を裏機構盤10に取付けるには、挿通孔33が裏機構盤1 0の側方に位置する状態でビス等により止着片35を裏機構盤10に固定する。 裏機構盤10を遊技盤収納フレーム8に接続するには、作業者が手で裏機構盤
10を支えて、先ず第2種の回動支持金具9bの機構盤側金具36の位置を調整
して挿通孔33内にフレーム側金具32の支持軸31を下方から挿入する。 この様に、先に機構盤側金具36とフレーム側金具32とを接続すると、裏機
構盤10の重量の殆どを機構盤側金具36を介してフレーム側金具32に懸ける
ことができ、作業者が支えなくてはならない重量を軽減することができるととも
に裏機構盤10の高さを安定させることができる。 次に、裏機構盤10の上部に取付けた第1種の金具9aの支持軸導入空部26
aの外側開口部を第1金具21aの支持軸20の側方に臨ませ、この状態で第2
金具22aを遊技盤収納フレーム8側に前進させると、支持軸20が支持軸導入
空部26aの外側開口部内に入り込み、更に第2金具22aを前方に押圧すると
、支持軸20が支持軸 導入空部26aの側縁部分を彎曲して支持軸導入空部26aの幅を拡大、更に第
2金具22aを前方に押圧すると、支持軸20が支持軸導入空部26aの最狭部
を通過して回動孔25a内に嵌合する。 支持軸20が回動孔25a内に嵌合すると、裏機構盤10は上下両回動支持金
具9a,9bにより回動可能に支持され、裏機構盤10の自由端側を移動すると
、裏機構盤10が上下の支持軸20,31を中心にして回動するので、遊技盤収
納フレーム8に対して裏機構盤10を簡単に開閉することができる。 裏機構盤10を遊技盤収納フレーム8の背面に当接するまで閉じると、遊技盤
収納フレーム8の背面に突設した係止具37…が裏機構盤10の係合孔38…内
に係止するので、裏機構盤10を閉状態にロックすることができる。 そして、裏機構盤10を開放する場合には係止具37…のロックを解除して裏
機構盤10の自由端を手で手前に引けばよい。また、裏機構盤10 を開放してから手で持ち上げると、上方の第2金具22aの回動孔25a内から
支持軸20が抜け出るとともに、下方の機構盤側金具36の挿通孔33内から支
持軸31が抜け出るので、裏機構盤10を遊技盤収納フレーム8から簡単に取り
外すことができる。 本発明に係る遊技機に設ける蝶番機構としての第1種の回動支持金具9aの第
2実施例は、第7図から第9図に示すように、縦方向の止着片18の下端縁に略
水平方向の支持片19を形成し、該支持片19に支持軸20を上向きに立設した
第1金具21bと、該第1金具21bの支持軸20に嵌合する第2金具22bと
からなる。 第2金具22bは、合成樹脂製裏機構盤10の側面部に金属製の幅狭な縦片3
9を固定するとともに、該縦片39の途中を外側略水平方向に折り曲げて先端縁
を傾斜させた横片40と、該横片40に沿わせて基端を裏機構盤10に固定した
水平方向の金属片41との2つの部材で構成されており、上記横片40の先端に
臨む金属片41に支持 軸20の直径よりも僅かに大きくて支持軸20を貫通可能な切欠状の回動孔25
bを開設し、横片40の先端傾斜縁の反対側に位置する金属片の縁を該先端傾斜
縁とは逆方向に傾斜させることにより遊技盤収納フレーム8の前後方向に沿った
支持軸導入空部26bを構成し、該支持軸導入空部26bの外側開口部の幅を支
持軸20の直径よりも十分に幅広に、回動孔25bに連通する部分の幅を支持軸
20の直径よりも僅かに狭く設定してある。 なお、支持軸導入空部26bの一部を構成する縦片39と横片40は、金属製
であるので、適宜な弾性を有する。したがって、第2金具22bの支持軸導入空
部26bの外側開口部を第1金具21bの支持軸20の側方に臨ませて支持軸導
入空部26bの外側開口部を第1金具21bの支持片19よりも僅かに高く位置
させ、この状態で第2金具22bを遊技盤収納フレーム8側に前進させると、支
持軸20が支持軸導入空部26bの外側開口部内に入り込み、更に第2金具22
bを前方 に押圧すると、支持軸20がクサビ作用により横片40の先端傾斜縁を後退方向
(裏機構盤側)に押圧するので、縦片39が弾性により撓んで彎曲し、支持軸導
入空部26bの幅が拡大する(導入状態)。 そして、更に第2金具22bを前方に押圧して支持軸20を支持軸導入空部2
6bの奥に移動すると、支持軸20が支持軸導入空部26bの最狭部を通過して
回動孔25b内に嵌合する。支持軸20が回動孔25b内に嵌合してしまうと、
縦片39が弾性力により復帰して支持軸導入空部26bの最狭部の幅を支持軸2
0の直径よりも狭い初期状態に戻す(通常状態)。 したがって、この状態で第2金具22bを水平方向に後退させて外そうとして
も、支持軸20が支持軸導入空部26bの最狭部を通過することができず、外れ
ない。 但し、第2金具22bを上昇すると、支持軸20が回動孔25b内から抜ける
ので、簡単に外すことができる。したがって、この第1種の回動支 持金具9aの第1金具21bを遊技盤収納フレーム8の上方に、第2金具22b
を裏機構盤10の上方に取付け、遊技盤収納フレーム8の下方と裏機構盤10の
下方に前記した第2種の回動支持金具9bを取付けると、第2種の回動支持金具
9bのフレーム側金具32と機構盤側金具36を接続してから本実施例に係る回
動支持金具9aの第1金具21bと第2金具22bを接続することができるので
、裏機構盤10を遊技盤収納フレーム8に簡単に接続することができる。 すなわち、この実施例においては、蝶番機構の第2開閉具たる第2金具22b
を構成する横片40の端縁部が、支持軸導入空部26bの回動孔25bに連通す
る部分(連通領域)の幅を支持軸20の直径よりも僅かに狭くする配置となるよ
うに設定しておくことにより、連通領域を通常状態から導入状態へ変化可能なら
しめるものとしたのである。 なお、第2金具22bは、第10図に示すように、弾性を有する金属等により
一体的に成形し、 補強板41′で補強しながら取付けるようにしてもよい。 第11図から第14図に示す、本発明に係る遊技機に設ける蝶番機構としての
第1種の回動支持金具9aの第3の実施例は、前記実施例と同様に縦方向の止着
片18の下端縁に略水平方向の支持片19を形成し、該支持片19に支持軸20
を上向きに立設した第1開閉具としての第1金具21cと、該第1金具21cの
支持軸20を嵌合させ得る第2開閉具としての第2金具22cとからなる。 第2金具22cは、間に水平方向の間隙42を配した本体43の先端部分に側
部から切込状の支持軸導入空部26cの一部となる傾斜辺26c′を形成して該
傾斜辺26c′の先端に支持軸20を貫通可能な回動孔25cの一部となる円弧
状部分を形成し、また本体43の上面部分には長さ方向に案内溝44を形成し、
先端に支持軸導入空部26cの一部となる傾斜辺26c″と回動孔25cの一部
となる円弧状部分を板状のスライド部材 45を上記間隙42内に移動可能に介在させ、スプリング46の一端を案内溝4
4から突出したスライド部材45の突起47に接続するとともに他端を本体43
の上面部分の突起48に接続してスライド部材45を本体43の先端側に付勢し
、本体43の側部にはブラケット49をビス等により止着してなる。 そして、ブラケット49と本体43の後部を裏機構盤10の収納空部50内に
嵌合して当て板51に通したビスの先端をブラケット49の雌ねじに螺合すると
第2金具22cを裏機構盤10の側部に本体43の先端部分を突出した状態で取
付けることができる。 この第2金具22cは、常態においては、スライド部材45がスプリング46
の付勢により突起47を本体43の案内溝44の一端に当接して停止する。した
がって、本体43の先端部分の側縁に支持軸20の直径よりも幅広な外側開口部
から次第に縮幅する支持軸導入空部26cが形成されるとともに、該支持軸導入
空部26cに回動孔2 5cが形成されて、支持軸導入空部26cと回動孔25cとを連通する部分(連
通領域)の幅が支持軸20の直径よりも僅かに小さくなる。 斯る第2金具22cの支持軸導入空部26cの外側開口部を第1金具21cの
支持軸20の側方に臨ませて支持軸導入空部26cの外側開口部を第1金具21
cの支持片19よりも僅かに高く位置させ、この状態で第2金具22cを遊技盤
収納フレーム8側に前進させると、支持軸20が支持軸導入空部26cの外側開
口部内に入り込み、更に第2金具22cを前方に押圧すると、支持軸20がスラ
イド部材45の傾斜辺26c″を押圧するので、スライド部材45がスプリング
46の付勢に抗して後退し、支持軸導入空部26cの幅が拡大し(連通領域が導
入状態に変化し)、更に第2金具22cを前方に押圧して支持軸20を支持軸導
入空部26cの奥に移動すると、支持軸20が拡幅された支持軸導入空部26c
の最狭部を通過して回動孔25c内に嵌合する。 支持軸20が回動孔25c内に嵌合してしまう と、スライド部材45がスプリング46の付勢により前進して支持軸導入空部2
6cの幅を元の狭い初期状態(通常状態)に戻す。したがって、この状態で第2
金具22cを水平方向に後退させて外そうとしても、支持軸20が支持軸導入空
部26cの最狭部を通過することができず、外れない。但し、第2金具22cを
上昇すると、支持軸20が回動孔25c内から抜け出すので、簡単に外すことが
できる。 したがって、この第1種の回動支持金具9aの第1金具21cを遊技盤収納フ
レーム8の上方に、第2金具22cを裏機構盤10の上方に取付け、遊技盤収納
フレーム8の下方と裏機構盤10の下方に前記した第2種の回動支持金具9bを
取付けると、第2種の回動支持金具9bのフレーム側金具32と機構盤側金具3
6を予め接続しておいた状態で、回動支持金具9aの第1金具21cと第2金具
22cを接続することができ、このため裏機構盤10を遊技盤収納フレーム8に
簡単に接続することができる。 すなわち、この実施例においては、蝶番機構の第2開閉具たる第2金具22c
のスライド部材45をスプリング46によって移動可能とし、支持軸導入空部2
6cの回動孔25cに連通する部分(連通領域)の幅を支持軸20の軸径よりも
小なる通常状態と、回動軸20を導入可能な導入状態とに変化可能としたので、
上記した各実施例の如く有弾性部材を用いて第2金具を構成したものに比べて、
金属疲労等による蝶番機構の破損可能性が少なくなる。 上記した各実施例では、素材の弾性或はスプリング46の付勢を利用して、支
持軸導入空部26と回動孔25とが連通する連通領域を通常状態と導入状態とに
変化可能ならしめて、第1開閉具と第2開閉具との接合動作を容易に行えるよう
にしたが、単に第1開閉具と第2開閉具との接合動作を容易にする手段に限れば
、種々のものが考えられる。 例えば、第15図に示す第2種の回動支持金具9aは、前記実施例と同様に縦
方向の止着片18 の下端縁に略水平方向の支持片19を形成し、該支持片19に支持軸20を上向
きに立設した第1金具21dと、該第1金具21dの支持軸20に嵌合する第2
金具22dとからなる。 第2金具22dは、ほぼ水平方向に延在する腕片52の先端部分の側縁に支持
軸20の直径よりも幅広な外側開口部を形成し、該外側開口部から腕片52の幅
方向に支持軸20の直径よりも僅かに幅広な支持軸導入空部26dの一部を形成
して、この部分の先端から腕片52の先端側に屈曲させて支持軸導入空部26d
の一部を形成し、この部分の先端から腕片52の側縁側に支持軸導入空部26d
を屈曲状に形成し、この部分の先端に支持軸20が通る回動孔25dを開設して
なる。 即ち、上記のような第1金具21dと第2金具22dとから蝶番機構を構成す
ると、支持軸導入空部26dの途中を屈曲することによって、回動孔25dへ導
入された常態における支持軸20が支持軸導入空部26dを逆に辿って抜けてし
まうことを困難ならしめ、支持軸20が回動孔25d へ嵌合した状態を保持させるのである。 しかしながら、このような蝶番機構においては、回動孔25dが回動軸20に
フィットしないために、ガタつきが生じやすく、重量のある各種遊技機能装置を
備えた開閉体を支持するには適していない。すなわち、上述した本発明の各実施
例にあっては、単に開閉体と支持体との取付動作を容易ならしめるだけではなく
、取付後の開閉動作を安定的に行えると共に、取付状態の安定性も高いものとな
るのである。 なお、上記した各実施例では、ワンタッチで装着可能な第1種の回動支持金具
9a(第1開閉具と第2開閉具とからなる蝶番機構)を上方に、従来の金具と同
様な第2種の回動支持金具9bを下方に取付けた場合について説明したが、本発
明は、回動支持金具の少なくとも1つがワンタッチで装着可能な第1種の回動支
持金具9aであればよく、第1種の回動支持金具9aを下方に、第2種の回動支
持金具9bを上方に取付けてもよいし、或は両方共第1種の回動支持金具9aに
してもよ い。 〈発明の効果〉 以上説明したように本発明によれば、第2開閉具における回動軸導入空部と回
動孔とを連通する連通領域を、第1開閉具の回動軸を導入可能な導入状態にする
ことで、第2の水平板の側方から回動軸を回動孔に嵌合させることができ、連通
