違いを生じ易い上に舗装表面から突出するマンホール枠
が表層舗装機械による円滑な表層施工の障害になるこ
と、さらに高さ調節後のマンホ ール枠が舗装表面から突
出してその周囲に段差を生じるので、工事途中の交通開
放に際して前記マンホール枠周囲の段差部分に新たにす
り付け舗装を施すなどして段差を緩和する必要があるこ
