から前記脚立形の構造体の先端部の滑車を介して前記摺
動枠体の側足に設置した電動ウインチに装着して牽引部
材を旋回装着する工程と、 前記牽引部材の一端を前記電動ウインチの駆動で牽引し
て前記脚柱体を引起こす工程と、 前記引き起す工程で立脚した前記脚柱体の他方側の足部
