Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sturdily, costlessly, and rapidly erect a broad temporary building having fovorable working efficiency and no intermediate support which can be easily constructed at a site. SOLUTION: Horizontal members are parallelly laid between both side main rods 1 provided with end plates and corrugated plates are laid thereon to form the front and rear side roof pieces (a). The end plates of both side main rods of the roof pieces are fastened by bolts and nuts to fix them. The central reinforcing body b having a hut-shaped form is brought into contact with the lower part of the connection part of the both side main rods and fixedly fastened with bolts and nuts. Trianglar front end pedestals c are fixedly fastened with bolts and nuts to the lower part of the front end of both side main rods. A tensile shaft body d with a turnbuckle 23 is detachably laid between the front end pedestals to form an assembling roof board. The front end pedestals are mounted on the horizontal members of support members respectively to constitute the assembled roof device for a temporary building.

That is, horizontal rails are juxtaposed between both main rods provided with end plates at the base end, and a roof panel of corrugated boards having security is stretched on the horizontal rails to provide front and rear roof strips. The end plates of the main rods on both sides of the front and rear roof pieces are joined and fastened and fixed with bolts and nuts. The lower piece of the main rod and the upper piece of the central reinforcing member are tightened and fixed with bolts and nuts below the joint of the main rod. The lower end of the main rod and the upper end of the end pedestal are tightened and fixed with bolts and nuts, respectively, with the downwardly inclined triangular end pedestals, and a tension shaft with a turnbuckle can be attached and detached between the front and rear end pedestals. To form an assembling shingle, and attach the pedestals at the front and rear of the assembling shingle. On crosspiece of shoring each mounted to constitute an assembly roof device temporary buildings, thereby post,
At the work site, reliably assemble the front and rear roof pieces,
Materials can be easily transported to the required places and constructed, which is useful for transportation and work.In addition, wide temporary buildings can be firmly constructed without providing intermediate supports, and workability is good and the construction period is shortened. The purpose of inexpensive construction was realized.

(1) The roof is divided into front and rear roof pieces,
At the work site, an assembled roof shingle is constructed by combining the front and rear roof pieces, the central reinforcement, the front and rear end pedestals, and the tension shafts. Therefore, when a long temporary shingle is needed when building a large temporary building, In addition, a short roof piece can be transported and worked, which is beneficial for material transportation and work.
