10,11が付設されている。他方の縦部材8は、丸パ
イプから形成され、その下部には、前記立上がり部3,
4の内側面に対して締付可能な、雌ネジ部12と先端に
押圧部13を有するL字状の締付ボルト14とからなる
締付手段が付設されている。横部材9は、立上がり部
3,4の上端面に安定して当接するように角パイプから
形成されている。これらの各部材相互間は、溶接等によ
りコ字状に連結される。さらに、本実施例では、横部材
9の上面に、下方階のベランダ1の立上がり部3の上端
部と上方階のベランダ2の下面との間に設置されるサポ
ート部材15の下端部に係合可能な逆U字状の係止部1
