For this reason, when the form panel is used at the time of placing concrete, it is necessary to further provide a thick end member at the back of the reinforcing frame body to reinforce the work, which is poor in workability and economy. 2) Since the same outer frame and vertical frame have a rectangular cross section and a smooth surface, it is difficult to catch a finger when carrying the form panel manually, and the panel is slippery and inconvenient to carry. 3) When a plurality of panels are connected in the horizontal and vertical directions, the adjacent left, right, or upper and lower form panels are connected via clamps, but as described above, the outer surface of the reinforcing frame body is used. Is smooth, so it is difficult to tighten with a clamp and there is a risk of coming off. 4) When the clamp is penetrated into the flat plate and tightened, the flat plate itself is only a thin plate material, so the strength is weak and the flat plate is damaged. For this reason, a reinforcing material such as a pipe or a thick material is always provided in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction, and the reinforcing material or the thick material supports the end of the fastener.
For this reason, the number of parts is large, the workability of assembly and disassembly is poor,
The economy is poor and the weight increases.

These grooves form irregularities on the outer surface of the frame to reinforce the grooves. Can be carried around. Multiple formwork panels can be connected vertically and horizontally by hooking a clamp or the like in the groove of the outer frame, and a scaffolding frame or support that stands on the other ground by hooking a clamp in the groove of the horizontal frame or the groove of the vertical frame Work can support the entire formwork panel. A fastener is inserted into the hole and tightened directly in front of the horizontal frame. Since the hole is formed in the center of the groove of the horizontal frame, the number of the metal fittings can be reduced as compared with the case where four tightening metal fittings are inserted into the four corners of the outer frame.

The form panel 1 includes a flat plate 2 made of plywood, and a reinforcing frame 3 fixed to the back surface of the flat plate 2. The frame body 3 is composed of a rectangular outer frame 4 as a whole, one or a plurality of horizontal frames 5 provided inside the outer frame 4 in the horizontal direction, and a vertical frame 6 provided vertically between the horizontal frames 5. ing. Holes 9 and 10 are formed in the center of the horizontal frame 5 and in the flat plate 2 corresponding to this position to allow the bolts 8 of the fastener 7 to pass therethrough. The outer frame 4 is formed into a rectangular shape by using a mold material 4 such as a hollow aluminum material cut from a long mold material to an arbitrary length, and a support piece 12 for supporting a flat plate horizontally protruding around the front side outer periphery of the mold material 4 is provided. Has formed. The inside of the mold member 4 is reinforced by a beam member 13, and V-shaped or trapezoidal grooves 14, 15, 16 having a tapered inner periphery are formed along the axial direction on the outer surface side, the inner surface side, and the back side. As a result, irregularities are formed on the outer periphery, and the convex portions reinforce the mold 4. Similarly, the horizontal frame 5 is formed of a hollow mold member 17 as described above, and a beam member 18 is provided in the mold member 17.
Opposite grooves 19, 20 and 21, 22 are formed in the axial direction on the upper surface side and the lower surface side, and on the front side and the rear side.
Similarly, the vertical frame 6 is formed by a hollow mold member 23,
A pair of U-shaped grooves 24 and 25 facing each other are formed along the axial direction. Therefore, the grooves 24,
As a result, irregularities are formed on the outer periphery by 25, and the convex portions reinforce the whole. Grooves 14, 15, 16 of the outer frame 4 and the horizontal frame 5
Grooves 19, 20, 21, 22 and grooves 24, 25 of the vertical frame 6.
Since the fingers can be inserted from the upper and lower back or from the left and right, it is easy to grasp by hand, and the form panel 1 can be carried manually. Further, a plurality of formwork panels are continuously provided in the vertical or horizontal direction depending on the size of the frame. At this time, the adjacent formwork panels 1 and 1 are connected by the clamp 26. At this time, the hooks such as the claws of the clamp 26 are hooked on the inner surface side groove 15 of the outer frame 4, so that the bite is good and the fastening can be firmly performed.
As a result, there is no gap between the adjacent form panels, and it is possible to prevent misalignment in which the positions are shifted. When two opposing form panels supporting concrete are clamped by a clamp, the clamp is hooked on the groove 16 on the back side. Similarly, horizontal frame 5
Can be hooked on the grooves 19 and 20 of the vertical frame 6 and the grooves 24 and 25 of the vertical frame 6, and in this case, the entire form panel is supported by a scaffold frame or a supporter standing on another ground via the clamp. Can be supported.

る。According to the present invention, the following effects are obtained. 1) Since the outer frame, the horizontal frame, and the vertical frame have grooves formed along the axial direction, a finger can be inserted into these grooves, and the form panel can be easily carried by hand. 2) Similarly, when multiple formwork panels are installed vertically and horizontally,
The outer frame is joined by hooking a hook such as a claw of the clamp in the groove of the outer frame. That is, when formwork panels are connected in a horizontal or vertical direction, a clamp is hooked on the groove on the inner surface side of the outer frame, and two opposite formwork panels holding concrete are tightened. Hook the clamp in the groove on the back side. At this time, the bite is well bitten, and the clamp can be firmly tightened to prevent loosening and falling off. 3) There is a case where the formwork panel is supported by other supports via the clamp and the brace. In this case, the clamp is hooked on the groove on the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side of the outer frame, or the horizontal frame or the vertical frame is used. Can be hooked in the groove. 4) Similarly, the outer frame and the horizontal frame are made uneven by the formation of the groove, and the outer frame and the horizontal frame are reinforced by the convex portions. Because of this,
There is no need to arrange vertical or horizontal end timber on the back of the formwork panel, and the formwork panel alone can receive the load from concrete, improving the workability of assembly and dismantling, and economical efficiency Excellent. 5) Since the hole is formed in the center of the groove of the horizontal frame, the reinforcing member such as an extra pipe or a thick end is unnecessary when inserting and tightening the fastener in this hole because the horizontal frame is strong. The workability of assembling and disassembling is improved, and the number of parts is small and the economy is excellent. In addition, the number of holes and the number of fasteners to be inserted into the holes can be reduced as compared with the case where four fasteners are attached to the four corners of the outer frame, thereby improving workability and economy.
