Therefore, in order to enable the concrete formwork to be efficiently framed on each floor even if the height from the floor surface to the ceiling surface is different, the applicant has made a rectangular-shaped veneer plate a of a predetermined size as shown in FIG. A plurality of aluminum reinforcing rods b, b, including both side edges, are attached and fixed in parallel to one surface along the longitudinal direction, and the lower end portions b ', b' ... Veneer plate a of each of the reinforcing rods b, b. Invented the concrete formwork panel A which is projected by a required size from the lower end of the above, and filed a patent application earlier.

In this way, the improved concrete formwork panel relating to the applicant's patent application can easily be used in a place where the height between the floor surface and the ceiling surface is different, and conventionally, the height suitable for each site is used. It is no longer necessary to prepare various types of concrete formwork panels in steps of several cm. However, the attachment of the horizontal rods to be brought into contact with these formwork panels A occupies a large proportion in many assembling steps, and as shown in FIG. 11, they are erected in parallel at regular intervals. A lot of time and labor is required to hold the horizontal rod c between both ends of the separator horizontally mounted between the concrete formwork panels A and to strike the wedge e to fix the horizontal rod c.

The concrete formwork panels constructed in this way are arranged side by side in a vertical direction on the upper edge of a horizontally elongated flexible formwork panel that stands upright on the floor at the construction site. While connecting the frame panels respectively, project both ends of each separator that is placed horizontally between the mold panels that are arranged opposite to each other through the long holes of the horizontal reinforcing rods, and punch wedges into this to form each concrete formwork. Firmly fix the panel for use.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lateral reinforcing rods 4 (4a to 4c) have a U-shaped cross section. A plurality of elongated holes 6 are formed in the front end face of the lateral reinforcing rods 4 and vertical reinforcing rods are provided at predetermined positions on the lower surface or upper and lower surfaces thereof. 5
It is formed by providing a plurality of protrusions 7 that fit into the upper and lower ends of the upper and lower ends, and the left and right ends are sandwiched by the support pieces 8,8 attached to the inner side surfaces of the respective reinforcing edge rods 2,2. The reinforcing rod 4a is attached below the upper end of the veneer plate 1 by a required dimension, and the lowermost horizontal reinforcing rod 4c is attached above the lower end of the veneer plate 1 by a required dimension.
The horizontal reinforcing rod 4b is arranged in the middle. Then, a plurality of vertical reinforcing rods 5, 5, ... Are attached between the lateral reinforcing rods 4a and 4b, between 4b and 4c, and below 4c, respectively. Each of these vertical reinforcing rods 5 is also formed to have a U-shaped cross-section having the same shape as the horizontal reinforcing rod 4, and its upper and lower ends or upper ends are fitted and fixed to the projecting portions 7 provided on the respective horizontal rods 4a to 4c. The vertical reinforcing rod 5 below the lateral reinforcing rod 4c has a lower end projecting from the lower end edge of the veneer plate 1 by a required size, like the reinforcing edge rod 2. Further, through holes 11 and 12 through which the connecting fitting 9 and the bar 10 are inserted are formed at predetermined positions of the reinforcing edge rods 2, 2.

As shown in FIG. 4, the long hole 6 has a circular hole 6a having a diameter longer than the width of the long hole 6 continuously provided at one end thereof, and further at the center position of the long hole 6 as shown in FIG. A notch 6b which is continuous with the elongated hole 6 and has the same width is provided. This is because the fasteners 24 that are screwed into both ends of the separator 21, which will be described later, are fitted and locked, and the width of the long hole 6 has a width of the fasteners 24 as shown in FIG.
The body of the circular hole 6a can be inserted, and the circular hole 6a can be inserted by the collar portion 24a.

Each of the separators 21 is formed with a through hole at a position corresponding to the elongated hole 6 of each of the lateral reinforcing rods 4a to 4c of the veneer plate 1 of the concrete formwork panel facing each other, and both ends thereof are inserted into these through holes. Let me support you. Then, the fasteners 24 in the elongated holes 6 provided on the front surfaces of the lateral reinforcing rods 4a to 4c are inserted, and the screw holes 25
Is screwed into the thread groove 23 and tightened, and the lateral reinforcing rod is further tightened.
The wedge 26 is inserted into the through hole 27 on the front surface of 4a to 4c. As a result, the opposing concrete formwork panels are firmly fixed. Then, the wooden board 3 fixed to the upper end of each concrete form panel is nailed 29 to the form 28 stretched on the ceiling surface C and fixed. Further, 30 is a splint that closes a gap between the lower edge of the mold frame free panel 20 and the bottom of the floor supported by the plurality of support fittings 13, and has a thickness higher than the gap, It is sandwiched and fixed by each formwork panel 20 and the positioning wall 31 extending to the base plate 14 of each support fitting 13 so that the poured concrete does not overflow from the gap.

When the height of the mold panel 20 is normally 10 cm or more, the horizontal rod 32 may be horizontally abutted and fixed by the wedge 26 in the same manner as in the conventional case in order to reinforce that portion.

Further, when the distance between the floor surface F and the ceiling surface C is very long at the construction site and the height dimension of the concrete formwork panel is insufficient, the veneer plate 1 having a longer height dimension is used. In this case, although the reinforcing edge rod 5 needs to be newly made long, the horizontal reinforcing rods 4a to 4c and the vertical reinforcing rod 5 in between can be easily manufactured by simply adding the same ones used in these examples. .

As described above, in the concrete formwork panel of the present invention, the reinforcing edge rods are fixed along both longitudinal end edges of one surface of the plywood board, and a plurality of horizontal reinforcing rods and a vertical reinforcement rod are provided between these reinforcing edge rods. Since the reinforcing rods are assembled in the form of a lattice, it is possible to obtain the same strength without fixing the horizontal rod, which has been conventionally required, and to prevent the concrete from bulging due to the pressure. Further, since the separator for holding the interval between the facing molds is supported by the lateral reinforcing rods, the horizontal rods are not necessary, and the work of assembling the molds at the construction site is also carried out. However, it is significantly simplified as compared with the conventional construction method, and contributes greatly to the improvement of work efficiency.
