ミまで燃やさなければならないのか、おかしな話であ
る。有料制になったからといふのであれば、大量の木片
・オガライトを購入する金を、有料の方に振りむけたら
よいではないか。近年生ゴミを肥料にする人も増えてゐ
る。これは大いに進めるべきであり、清掃工場も助か
る。然るに、現在は易燃物の廃出が多すぎ、清掃工場は
焼却炉が過熱して、水をかけて焼却してゐる状態であ
る。生ゴミが全減したら、温度はますます上り、清掃工
場にとっては有難迷惑になる。清掃工場は生ゴミの全減
を望んではいず、半減を望んでゐるのである。本願はゴ
ミ収集が有料制になった地域での易燃物焼却炉である。
又、有料制でなくても、透明袋に限定された自治体で
は、プライバージ侵害を嫌って、易燃物は自分で燃や
し、灰だけを生ゴミと共に出してゐる人があるが、本炉
はそうした人の為にもある。易燃物は生ゴミよりも容積
がかさばるが、燃えやすいから焼却した方が賢明であ
る。しかしすべての家庭が焼却して、易燃物が全減した
ら、生ゴミだけを燃やす為に、今度は逆に加熱増幅しな
ければならなくなる。清掃工場は全減を望んではいず、
半減を望んでゐるのである。制約型焼却炉の置けない人
は、高価な無煙焼却炉を購入する費用を、有料々金にま
わせばよい。有料制が問題にならない金持ちは、そのま
ま易燃物を廃出すればよい。従って、本式の焼却炉以外
には、制約型易燃物焼却炉を使へる家だけが、焼却すれ
ばちょうどよいのであって、其の他の簡易焼却炉は存在
の意味がない。
