では、コイルの正確な位置出しが得られにくく、更に軟
磁性体25の充填の際にコイル23、24と端子21、22の位置
ずれが生じ、成形品の特性のばらつきが大きくなるとい
う欠点があった。

の高い比透磁率特性を持つフェライト、例えばNi-Znフ
ェライトをねり込んだ軟磁性体からなる。端子1、2
は、外部電極部1b、2b、コイル接合部1a,1b、及び立ち
上げ部1c、2cにより構成される。2つのコイル3,4の両
端は、端子1、2と面接合できる様に加工されている。
また端子1,2は、コイルの断面とほぼ同形であり、かつ

向の面方向としてあり、コイルの作る磁界によって軟磁
性体に生ずる磁束方向とほぼ同一方向としてある。従っ
てコイルによって生ずる磁束により立ち上げ部1c、2cに
生ずる誘起電圧は立ち上げ部1c、2cの導体板の厚さの方
向となるように配置されている。従って、従来の構造に
比べて立ち上げ部1c、2cに生ずる渦電流は小さくなり、
MHz帯における同相方向の信号に対するインダクタンス
成分の低下が改善された。尚、立ち上げ部1c、2cの導体
板の厚さは箔状にして薄くし、樹脂、セラミック等の電
気の不良導体と一体に形成したものであってもよい。

大きいので、以前に比べ高性能であり、ばらつきが少な
い、信頼性の高いコモンモードチョークコイルを実現出
来た。
