(Prior Art) Conventionally, a balloon transformer uses a ferrite core b having two parallel through holes a as shown in Fig. 13, and these two through holes a are coated with polyurethane resin and are integrated into a U-shape. The formed parallel conductive wire c is inserted, its central part is fixed to the ferrite core b with adhesive d, both ends are separated into two parts, and then immersed in molten solder, and polyurethane is melted by the heat of the molten solder. While melting and removing the resin, the conductor c

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional balloon transformer described above is desired to be able to be mounted and soldered onto a printed circuit board, for example, using an automatic bonding machine, like other electronic components.
At this time, high bending strength of the lead terminal is required, so if the wire diameter of the conductor c is increased, the heat capacity increases, so when the end of the conductor c is immersed in molten solder, the polyurethane resin However, there was a problem in that the conductors c and c could melt due to heat conduction, causing an electrical short circuit between the conductors c and c.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides, as set forth in claim 1, one principal surface of one magnetic body of a pair of electrically insulating magnetic bodies. A ring-shaped recess and an external drawer groove connected to the recess are provided, and a displacement prevention recess is provided inside the ring-shaped recess, and a part of the ring-shaped recess and the external drawer groove are connected to each other through a heat-resistant insulating sheet. A pair of conductors consisting of a loop portion from which is cut out and a pair of lead-out portions connected to the loop portion are inserted and arranged, each pair of lead-out portions are led out from the core, and one main surface has a protrusion for preventing displacement. The other magnetic body is superimposed on the one magnetic body, and the displacement prevention convex portion is fitted into the displacement prevention recess, thereby fixing one magnetic body and the other magnetic body integrally. As described in claim 2, a ring-shaped recess and a pair of external lead-out grooves are provided on one main surface of one of the magnetic members of the core made of a pair of electrically insulating magnetic materials. At the same time, a recess for preventing displacement is provided inside the ring-shaped recess, and a pair of U-shaped conductors are inserted into the ring-shaped recess and the external drawer groove through a heat-resistant insulating sheet, one of which is oriented in the opposite direction. The pair of lead-out portions are led out from the core, and the other magnetic body having a projection for preventing misalignment on one main surface is superimposed on the one magnetic body, and the projection for preventing misalignment is It is characterized in that one magnetic body and the other magnetic body are fixed integrally by fitting into a recess for preventing displacement.

(Function) Since a pair of conductive wires are inserted into the recessed part of the magnetic material on one side of the electrically insulating core through a heat-resistant insulating sheet, when the ends of the two conductive wires are soldered,
Even if the heat is conducted inside the core, the two conductive wires will not be electrically short-circuited due to the presence of the heat-resistant insulating sheet.

In addition, a recess for preventing displacement is provided on one main surface of one magnetic body, and a convex portion for preventing displacement is provided on one main surface of the other magnetic body, and the convex portion is fitted into the recess. Since the magnetic material and the other magnetic material are overlapped, there is no deviation in the bonding between the two magnetic materials, and there is no variation in characteristics. Furthermore, since the contact area between both magnetic bodies is larger than when the contact surfaces are flat, magnetic resistance decreases, inductance increases, and the degree of electromagnetic coupling between the two conductors increases. Two more conductors are
Since the conductor has a partially cut-off loop portion or is formed in a U-shape, the inductance of each of the two conductors increases and the degree of electromagnetic coupling between them increases.
