<Prior Art> An acrylic emulsion is used because the outer wall surface made of a non-combustible porous material such as lightweight concrete has the advantage of being lightweight despite having the drawback of poor waterproofness. It is widely used while supplementing the waterproof property by a method such as applying the above to the outer surface. In particular, in recent years, lightweight concrete has shown remarkable growth in demand due to standardization by precast concrete method and mass production in combination with heat insulating property, lightweight property, and toughness.

A measure for imparting waterproofness to an outer wall formed of a porous outer wall material, such as application of an acrylic emulsion paint, is usually performed after forming the outer wall by post-processing. Therefore, there is a problem that the application requires curing and that the paint mist causes pollution, for example. Furthermore, because of the fact that scaffolding is used during painting work, so-called uneven scaffolding causes uneven coating, which not only causes aesthetic problems, but also causes a problem in waterproofness due to light and shade in the coating film. It was

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, also in the waterproof decorative sheet proposed by the present inventors, the impregnation of the fibrous member with the waterproof coating material in forming the waterproof layer is Depending on the characteristics, it may not be performed uniformly and effectively, and the waterproof effect may be partially incomplete. Not only this, but when this waterproof decorative sheet is used by adhering it to the outer wall surface made of porous outer wall material such as lightweight cellular concrete board (ALC board) with an adhesive, depending on the characteristics of the fibrous member, Not only is there a problem that delamination occurs between the decorative sheet and the adhesive layer and the waterproof effect cannot be fully achieved, but also the problem that weather resistance and stain resistance are insufficient should be solved. There was a point.

As an emulsion for a decorative paint used for forming the decorative layer (3) of the present invention, it is necessary to add a paint having no tackiness, elasticity, and antifouling property from the viewpoint of storability and workability. The emulsion for the waterproof layer (2) is used, although the mixing ratio of the filler and the like is different. In particular, an emulsion having a relatively high hardness such as styrene or an acrylic emulsion, to which a plasticizer that volatilizes after application and reduces the remaining amount is added is more preferably used. The viscosity of this cosmetic coating is usually, for example, 3,500 to 10,000 cp.

A solvent-type paint obtained by mixing the above-mentioned curable fluororesin-based or acrylic silicone resin-based solvent-based paint with a metal powder such as aluminum powder, copper powder, and stainless powder is laminated on the decorative layer (3) to form a metal-powder metallic. When a coating layer is formed and is used as the top coat coating layer, the waterproof waterproof seal for exterior is obtained which has a decorative effect in addition to weather resistance and stain resistance. , More preferred. In addition, a solvent-type paint obtained by mixing a curable fluororesin-based or acrylic silicone resin-based solvent-type paint with a pearl pigment such as mica powder is laminated on the decorative layer (3) to form a mineral powder-containing coating layer, When this is used as the topcoat coating film layer, as in the case of forming the metal powder-based metallic coating film layer described above, stain resistance, weather resistance, and designability can be imparted to provide a decorative effect as well. Is more suitable.

When the top coat layer (9) is a metallic powder metallic coating layer as described above, some of the metallic powder present on the coating surface has a thin coating layer on the surface of the powder, and air for a long period of time. Discoloration may be observed due to oxidation, etc., and from the viewpoint of eliminating the possibility of discoloration, a curable fluororesin-based or acryl-silicone resin-based solvent type that does not contain metal powder on the metal powder metallic coating layer. It is more preferable to further laminate a coating film formed of a paint.

In obtaining the waterproof decorative sheet for exterior of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a waterproof layer (2) is formed on the surface of a fibrous sheet member (1) having suitable basis weight, air permeability and the like. The above-mentioned water-based elastic paint for coating is applied, and the cross section of the sheet member is impregnated to form an impregnated portion (4), and then the makeup aqueous layer paint is applied to one surface of the sheet member to form the decorative layer (3). Good to stack. In this case, it is necessary to carry out coating and impregnation of the fibrous sheet member so that the uninfiltrated portion (8) of the waterproof coating is present on one surface or inside the vicinity of the surface of the fibrous sheet member. This is preferable because it can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 2, the exterior waterproof decorative sheet of the present invention is a porous wall material such as a lightweight concrete board (ALC board).
The adhesive layer (6) is attached to the outer wall surface base (7) constituted by the above. At that time, from the viewpoint of preventing delamination between the adhesive layer (6) and the waterproof decorative sheet, one surface of the decorative sheet is not impregnated with the aqueous elastic paint as described above,
The present invention is made more useful by allowing the sheet member to have the waterproof paint non-infiltrated portion (8) so that the adhesive can permeate and impregnate the surface of the decorative sheet or the inside of the vicinity of the surface. On this surface or in the vicinity of the surface, the waterproof coating uninfiltrated portion (8) of FIG. 1 forms an adhesive impregnated portion (5) by the infiltration of the adhesive, and the adhesive binds the fibers as shown in FIG. As a result of becoming a part of the adhesive layer (6), the delamination phenomenon can be prevented more reliably.

Further, as mentioned above, when the fibrous sheet member is impregnated with this paint so that the uninfiltrated portion (8) of the waterproof paint exists on one surface or inside the vicinity of the surface, this paint having tackiness does not reach the surface. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the adhesiveness of the surface from hindering the operation during the operation of winding the weather resistant and stain resistant exterior waterproof decorative sheet product of the present invention, and it is also very suitable for storage.

<Operation and Effect of Invention> Since the present invention is the waterproof decorative sheet for building wall exterior having the above-described structure, the waterproof effect is partially incomplete due to the uniform impregnation of the fibrous material with the waterproof paint. Such a defective portion does not occur, and by making a part of the member an uninfiltrated portion (8) of the waterproof coating, the adhesive layer and the decorative sheet can be well adhered, and the above-mentioned more surely. Such peeling is prevented. In this aspect, a part of the adhesive is impregnated into the waterproof paint non-infiltrated portion (8) of the fibrous sheet member (1) and becomes a part of the adhesive layer to further prevent delamination from occurring. .

As shown in Fig. 2, the PC board with the exterior waterproof decorative sheet was impregnated with the adhesive in the unwetted part (8). The resulting adhesive-impregnated portion (5) was excellent in that it did not cause delamination during actual use. The PC board in which this exterior waterproof decorative sheet was combined was extremely excellent in weather resistance and stain resistance. In addition, it is possible to easily wipe off the adhered pollution after a relatively long period of use.
