However, in this case, the heat equalizing plate 3 and the surface layer material 4 are made of different materials such as metal and wood material, and the thermal expansion and contraction behaviors of both are greatly different. And from the heater 2 to the soaking plate 3
In order to transfer heat to the surface layer material 4 with a uniform heat distribution through the heater 2, the heater 2, the heat equalizing plate 3 and the surface layer material 4 are closely adhered to each other. Wood surface material 4
If the behavior of the thermal expansion and contraction is significantly different, there is a problem that warpage may occur due to the difference in the thermal expansion and contraction. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wood floor heating panel capable of reducing the occurrence of warping or other deformation of the heat equalizing plate.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments. The base material 1 is formed of wood, a heat insulating material or the like in a thick plate shape, and an electric heater 2 such as a planar heating heater is bonded and laminated on the upper surface of the base material 1. The soaking plate 3 is a steel plate, an aluminum plate, a tin plate, a copper plate, etc. having a thickness of 0.1 to
It is formed of a 2.0 mm (preferably 0.3 to 1.0 mm) metal plate, and is laminated on the entire upper surface of the heater 2 by bonding. Further, the surface layer material 4 is formed as a wooden decorative board such as a plywood with a wooden veneer stuck on the surface, and is laminated on the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 3 by bonding. In this way first
As shown in the figure, the base material 1, the heater 2, the soaking plate 3, and the surface material 4
It is possible to create a wood floor heating panel A formed by stacking and. In the present invention, the heat equalizing plate 3 is formed by providing a reinforcing portion 5 having a rigidity higher than that of other portions. FIG. 2 (a) shows an embodiment of the heat equalizing plate 3, in which the heat equalizing plate 3 is partially convexly bent upward to provide a plurality of parallel convex curved portions 5a, 5a. The convex portion 5a forms the reinforcing portion 5. By providing the convex soaking portion 5a on the heat equalizing plate 3 as described above, the heat equalizing plate 3 is reinforced and the occurrence of warpage of the heat equalizing plate 3 can be reduced. Further, on the lower surface of the surface layer material 4, a concave portion 8 is provided in a groove shape as shown in FIG. 2B at a position and a shape dimension corresponding to the convex curved portion 5a. Therefore, in this case, when the surface layer material 4 is laminated on the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 3, the concave portion 8 is formed.
The convex curved portion 5a is fitted inside, and the contact area between the heat equalizing plate 3 and the surface layer material 4 can be increased to improve the efficiency of heat conduction from the heat equalizing plate 3 to the surface layer material 4. Is. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), a plurality of metal plate pieces 5d are bonded or welded to the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 3 so that they are projected upward and fixed. The plate piece 5d forms the reinforcing portion 5.
By attaching the plate piece 5d to the heat equalizing plate 3 in this manner, the heat equalizing plate 3 is reinforced, and the occurrence of warpage in the heat equalizing plate 3 can be reduced. Further, a concave portion 8 is formed in a groove shape on the lower surface of the surface layer material 4 at a position and a shape dimension corresponding to the plate piece 5d, and the surface layer material 4 is formed on the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 3. The plate pieces 5d are set in the recesses 8 when they are stacked. Here, when the heat equalizing plate 3 is formed in a rectangular shape, the warping of the heat equalizing plate 3 is likely to occur in the longitudinal direction thereof, so that the reinforcing portion 5 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the heat equalizing plate 3. preferable.
2 and 3, the reinforcing portion 5 is provided only in the longitudinal direction of the heat equalizing plate 3, but the reinforcing portion 5 is provided in both the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the heat equalizing plate 3. If they are provided so as to be orthogonal to each other, both the warp in the longitudinal direction and the warp in the lateral direction of the heat equalizing plate 3 can be reduced. For example, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), a plate piece 5 d forming the reinforcing portion 5 is attached to the heat equalizing plate 3 so as to cross the heat equalizing plate 3 in a vertical-horizontal cross pattern so that the reinforcing portion 5 is in the longitudinal direction and short length of the heat equalizing plate 3. In the case where they are provided so as to be orthogonal to both directions of the hand direction, the recesses 8 provided in the surface layer material 4 are also provided so as to intersect in a vertical and horizontal grid pattern as shown in FIG. 4 (b). In the embodiment of FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), metal plate pieces 5d are scattered on the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 3 and are bonded or welded to each other so that the metal plate pieces 5d project upward and are fixed. The plate portion 5d forms the reinforcing portion 5, and as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the concave portion 8 is formed on the lower surface of the surface layer material 4 at a position and shape corresponding to the plate piece 5d. Is formed in a hole shape so that the plate piece 5d fits in the recess 8 when the surface layer material 4 is laminated on the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 3.

As described above, according to the present invention, the planar electric heating type heater is laminated on the upper surface of the base material, and the metal soaking plate is laminated on the heater. The lower surface of the heat equalizing plate is easily adhered to the upper surface of the heater, so that heat can be efficiently transferred from the heater to the heat equalizing plate, and a reinforcing portion is provided on the heat equalizing plate. Therefore, the soaking plate can be reinforced by the reinforcing portion to suppress deformation such as warpage, and the occurrence of deformation such as warpage in the soaking plate can be reduced. Moreover, the reinforcing portion is formed by providing the protruding portion on the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate, and the concave portion into which the reinforcing portion is fitted is provided on the back surface of the surface layer material. Even though it is provided on the upper surface of the plate, the protruding reinforcing portion is not housed in the concave portion of the surface layer material and the thickness of the entire floor heating panel is not increased, and the plate thickness of the surface layer material is not increased in the concave portion. Since it is thin, heat can be efficiently transferred from the protruding reinforcing portion for heating.
