Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate an installation work and provide a less costly facility, by interposing a floor board with a heating element when forming a floor structure constituting member as a heating floor panel in a factory. CONSTITUTION:In a factory and the like, a floor board 10 is manufactured by interposing board members 10a, 10b with a plane heat generating element 11 with a subsequent press-fitting. Then, a base plate 14 is secured to the underside of frame 12, while a heat insulating material 15 is filled into clearances between adjacent frame members 12, and the floor board 10 is secured to the upper surface of frame 12 for completing a floor panel B. The floor panel B is installed on site as the floor of housing in the same manner as has been employed traditionally. The surface heating element 11 is energized as necessary for heating the inside of a room. In this manner, what is required to conduct in an installation work is merely the installation of heating floor panel on a housing as a floor as it is, which leads to a remarkable reduction of facility cost and an installation expense.

By the way, among the above-mentioned electric heating body type floor heating, apart from the Jotan type which is a simple type that can be installed freely, the configuration of the heating plate type which is installed fixedly is as shown in Figures 2 and 1. On the floor structure A, which was formed by covering the upper surface of the frame 1 made up of multiple joists etc. with floor plates 2 at the site, a heat insulating layer, an appropriately sized heat generating plate formed by sandwiching an electric heating element with a surface plate etc. 3... are installed next to these heat generating plates 3... to eliminate the level difference and area difference between the floor plate 2 and heat generating plate 3... of floor structure A. Met. Here, the heating plate 3 is generally formed by covering the internal heating element with a highly rigid plate so that it can withstand the load of furniture placed indoors and trampling by people. Since it has a certain degree of thickness and is formed with relatively small dimensions to correspond to various room sizes, there is a difference in level and area between it and the floorboard 2, and the adjustment material 4 is arranged in parallel as described above. There is a need. Therefore, in the above conventional floor heating structure, the floor structure Af
After construction, it is necessary to lay down the heat generating plate 3 and the adjustment material 4, which takes time and effort, and there is also the problem of the cost of Vc14 cleaning 4, etc., which increases the equipment cost. In addition, if the heat-generating plate 3 having a roughly rigid structure is laid on the soil having a rigid floor structure A' (I-), there is a lot of waste in terms of material cover for the floor structure of a house.

This invention was made based on the above-mentioned background, and involves assembling floorboard materials to a framework made of a plurality of core materials in advance in a factory, and forming a paulownia floor structure member from this as an integrated floor panel. Another object of the present invention is to provide a heating floor panel that is easy to construct and can keep equipment costs low by interposing a heating element in the floorboard.

Next, the bottom plate 14 is fixed to the lower surface of the frame 12, and each core material 12 is
...A heat insulating material 15 is packed in between, and then installed as a floor of a house in the same way as conventional floor panels at the above-mentioned floor panel factory. The planar heating element 11 of the floor panel B installed in this way is energized as necessary to heat the room. As described above, when the floor part is to be heated, the construction is completed by simply installing the floor panel B as the floor in the house. Therefore, after installing the floor panel as before, we will install a new sheet heating element, NL,
) Since there is no core for installing lumber and floor finishing materials, construction work can be saved and costs can be reduced. In addition, the floor panel B has the planar heating element 11 integrated into the floorboard 2, and there is no need to lay a heating board on the floor panel as in conventional floor heating equipment, so the overall thickness of the floor is greater than necessary. It does not get thick.

As explained above, the present invention consists of a floor panel formed by sandwiching the upper and lower parts of a heating element between plate materials, which covers the upper surface of the frame, and which gives the floor panel itself heat generation properties. Since the panels provide floor heating, there is no need for vermicelli materials, etc., which are required in conventional floor heating equipment. Equipment costs can be significantly reduced compared to conventional floor heating equipment.
