Abstract
Description
本出願は、2022年01月14日に提出された名称が「電池エネルギー回収方法、装置、電池管理システム及び電池」である中国特許出願202210044608.9の優先権を主張しており、この出願の内容の全ては、ここに参照として取り込まれる。
パルス充電、パルス放電と静置に基づき、少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードを決定することと、前記少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードを電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードに基づいてパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を出力させることとを含む。本出願の実施例において、パルス充放電の過程は、多様化であってもよく、パルスは、異なる倍率で段階的に充電又は放電を行うことができ、それによって電池の持続的な充放電過程における累積分極を効果的に解消するとともに、パルス充電能力を向上させ、電池の使用寿命を向上させるとともにエネルギー回収効率を向上させることができ、且つ異なるアプリケーションシナリオに柔軟にマッチングすることができる。
前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと通信して接続するメモリを含み、そのうち、
前記メモリには、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサによって実行可能な命令が記憶されており、前記命令が前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサによって実行されて、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサに上述した方法を実行させることができる。本出願の実施例は、充電信号と放電信号を交互に出力し、充電信号に対応する場合に電池エネルギー回収を行うことによって、電動車両の航続距離を効果的に向上させるだけでなく、電池の減衰速度を低減することができる。
パルス充電とパルス放電、及び/又は
パルス充電、パルス放電と静置に基づき、少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードを決定することと、
前記少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードを電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードに基づいてパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を出力させることとを含んでもよい。
Claims (10)
- 電池エネルギー回収方法であって、
充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中に充電信号と放電信号を交互に出力させることと、
前記充電信号に基づいて前記車両の電池エネルギー回収を行うこととを含む、ことを特徴とする電池エネルギー回収方法。 - 前述した、充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中に充電信号と放電信号を交互に出力させることには、
パルス充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記パルス充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中にパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を交互に出力させることを含み、
前述した、前記充電信号に基づいて前記車両の電池エネルギー回収を行うことには、
前記パルス充電信号に基づいて前記車両の電池エネルギー回収を行うことを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前述した、パルス充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記パルス充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中にパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を交互に出力させることには、
車両走行中の速度情報を取得し、前記速度情報に基づいてパルス充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記速度情報に基づいてパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を交互に出力させることを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前述した、電池パックに前記速度情報に基づいてパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を交互に出力させることには、
前記速度情報が、前記車両が加速状態であることを指示する場合、前記電池パックにより出力される前記パルス放電信号の放電パワーを前記パルス充電信号の充電パワーよりも大きいように制御することと、
前記速度情報が、前記車両が減速状態であることを指示する場合、前記電池パックにより出力される前記パルス放電信号の放電パワーを前記パルス充電信号の充電パワーよりも小さいように制御することと、
前記速度情報が、前記車両が定速状態であることを指示する場合、前記電池パックにより出力される前記パルス放電信号の放電パワーを前記パルス充電信号の充電パワーに等しいように制御することとを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記車両が加速状態又は減速状態である場合、前記方法は、
前記車両の速度がターゲット速度に達すると、前記電池パックにより出力される前記パルス放電信号の放電パワーを前記パルス充電信号の充電パワーに等しいように制御することをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前述した、パルス充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記パルス充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中にパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を交互に出力させることには、
パルス充電とパルス放電、及び/又は
パルス充電、パルス放電と静置に基づき、少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードを決定することと、
前記少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードを電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記少なくとも一組の充電放電交互モードに基づいてパルス充電信号とパルス放電信号を出力させることとを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前述した、充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中に充電信号と放電信号を交互に出力させることには、
定電流充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記定電流充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中に定電流充電信号と定電流放電信号を交互に出力させることを含み、
前述した、前記充電信号に基づいて前記車両の電池エネルギー回収を行うことには、
前記定電流充電信号に基づいて前記車両の電池エネルギー回収を行うことを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 電池エネルギー回収装置であって、
充放電命令を電池パックに送信して、前記電池パックに前記充放電命令に基づいて車両走行中に充電信号と放電信号を交互に出力させるための命令送信モジュールと、
前記充電信号に基づいて前記車両の電池エネルギー回収を行うための電池エネルギー回収モジュールとを含む、ことを特徴とする電池エネルギー回収装置。 - 電池管理システムであって、
少なくとも一つのプロセッサ、及び、
前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサと通信して接続するメモリを含み、そのうち、
前記メモリには、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサによって実行可能な命令が記憶されており、前記命令が前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサによって実行されて、前記少なくとも一つのプロセッサに請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行させることができる、ことを特徴とする電池管理システム。 - 電池コアと、請求項9に記載の電池管理システムとを含む電池であって、前記電池管理システムは、前記電池コアの充電と放電を管理し、且つ前記充電に対応する段階で車両の電池エネルギー回収を制御するために用いられる、ことを特徴とする電池。
