Abstract
【解決手段】NOx発生量制御装置60は、所定の時間間隔ごとに、SCR装置の下流側で検出されたNOx濃度とエンジンの排気量とに基づいてNOx排出量を算出する排出量算出部631と、複数のNOx排出量を加算したNOx積算量を算出する積算量算出部632と、エンジンを備える移動体の移動距離又はエンジンの出力値に関連付けられたNOx積算量の目標値を特定する特定部633と、エンジンの回転数と燃料噴射量とに基づいて、NOxの予測積算量を示すNOx予測量を推定する推定部634と、NOx予測量とNOx積算量との合計が目標値を超えるか否かを判定する判定部635と、所定の時間間隔ごとのNOx排出予定量を決定し、EGRバルブ30の開度及びターボチャージャー20の開度の少なくともいずれかを決定する決定部と、を有する。

Description
図1は、一の実施形態に係るNOx発生量制御システム1の構成を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、NOx発生量制御システム1は、エンジン10と、ターボチャージャー20と、EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation)バルブ30と、SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction;選択還元触媒)装置40と、NOxセンサ50aと、NOxセンサ50bと、NOx発生量制御装置60とを備える。NOx発生量制御システム1は、車両に搭載されており、エンジン10の排気ガスに含まれるNOxの発生量を制御する。
以下、NOx発生量制御装置60の構成及び動作を詳細に説明する。
図2は、NOx発生量制御装置60の構成を示す図である。NOx発生量制御装置60は、通信部61と、記憶部62と、制御部63と、を有する。
以下、制御部63により実現される各部の構成を説明する。
図6は、NOx発生量制御装置60における処理シーケンスの例を示す図である。図6に示す処理シーケンスは、一例として、所定の時間間隔が経過した時刻においてEGRバルブ30の開度及びコンプレッサ22の開度を決定する動作を示している。
以上説明したように、NOx発生量制御装置60は、NOxセンサ50aが検出したNOx濃度とエンジン10の排気量とに基づいてNOx排出量を算出する排出量算出部631と、複数のNOx排出量を加算したNOx積算量を算出する積算量算出部632と、エンジン10を備える移動体の移動距離又はエンジン10の出力値に関連付けられたNOx積算量の目標値を特定する特定部633と、エンジン10の回転数と燃料噴射量とに基づいて、所定の時間又は所定の移動距離におけるNOxの予測積算量を示すNOx予測量を推定する推定部634と、NOx予測量とNOx積算量との合計が目標値を超えるか否かを判定する判定部635と、判定部635の判定結果と、NOxの排出上限値と、目標値とNOx積算量との差とに基づいて、NOx排出予定量を決定し、当該NOx排出予定量に対応する、EGRバルブ30の開度及びターボチャージャー20の開度の少なくともいずれかを決定する決定部636と、を有する。

Claims (5)
- 所定の時間間隔ごとに、エンジンの排気ガスが流れる排気通路に設けられた浄化装置の下流側で検出されたNOx濃度と、前記エンジンの排気量と、に基づいてNOx排出量を算出する排出量算出部と、
複数の前記NOx排出量を加算したNOx積算量を算出する積算量算出部と、
前記エンジンを備える移動体の移動距離又は前記エンジンの出力値に関連付けられたNOx積算量の目標値を特定する特定部と、
前記エンジンの回転数と燃料噴射量とに基づいて、所定の時間又は所定の前記移動距離におけるNOxの予測積算量を示すNOx予測量を推定する推定部と、
前記NOx予測量と前記NOx積算量との合計が前記目標値を超えるか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部の判定結果と、NOxの排出上限値と、前記目標値と前記NOx積算量との差とに基づいて、前記所定の時間間隔ごとのNOx排出予定量を決定し、当該NOx排出予定量に対応する、前記排気ガスを前記エンジンへ再循環させる通路に設けられたバルブの開度及びターボチャージャーの開度の少なくともいずれかを決定する決定部と、
を有するNOx発生量制御装置。 - 前記決定部は、前記判定部が、前記NOx積算量と前記NOx予測量との合計が前記目標値を超えると判定した場合、NOxの排出下限値に対応する前記NOx排出予定量を決定する、
請求項1に記載のNOx発生量制御装置。 - 前記決定部は、前記判定部が、前記NOx積算量と前記NOx予測量との合計が前記目標値を超えないと判定した場合、前記目標値と前記NOx積算量との差よりも小さい値の前記NOx排出予定量であって、前記排出上限値を上限として前記NOx予測量よりも大きい前記NOx排出予定量を決定する、
請求項1に記載のNOx発生量制御装置。 - 前記排出量算出部は、前記浄化装置の上流側で検出されたNOx濃度、及び前記浄化装置の下流側で検出されたNOx濃度に基づいて、前記浄化装置によるNOxの浄化率を算出し、
前記推定部は、前記浄化率にさらに基づいて、前記浄化装置の下流側の前記NOx予測量を決定する、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のNOx発生量制御装置。 - 前記決定部は、前記浄化率が閾値未満である場合、前回決定した前記NOx排出予定量以下の前記NOx排出予定量を決定する、
