The dosage form of the skin or hair care external preparation composition of the present invention is liquid, emulsion, cream, gel, mist, aerosol foam, solid, powder dispersion, etc., and the usual skin or hair care external preparation composition. It can take the form of being used as an object.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples. Note that the present invention is not limited only to these examples. The blending amount is expressed in mass % unless otherwise specified.

1. An external preparation composition for skin or hair care, comprising an adenosine/silane triol derivative. The external preparation composition for skin or hair care according to claim 1, wherein the adenosine/silane triol derivative is 0.01 to 95.0% by mass.
