Claims (17)
- ケースであって、

前記ケース本体に、前記ケース本体の周方向に沿って離間して設けられた複数の第1圧力解放溝を含む圧力解放構造と、

前記ケース本体は、前記ケース本体内の圧力又は温度が閾値に達すると、前記第1圧力解放溝に沿って破裂し、前記ケース本体内の圧力を解放するように構成される、ケース。 - 前記圧力解放構造は、前記ケース本体に設けられた第2圧力解放溝をさらに含み、
前記第1圧力解放溝は、前記第2圧力解放溝と交差して開放位置を形成し、
前記ケース本体は、前記ケース本体内の圧力又は温度が閾値に達成すると、前記開放位置から前記第1圧力解放溝に沿って破裂するように構成される、請求項1に記載のケース。 - 前記第2圧力解放溝は、前記ケース本体の周方向に沿って延在し、前記第1圧力解放溝の各々は、前記第2圧力解放溝と交差して前記開放位置を形成する、請求項2に記載のケース。
- 前記第2圧力解放溝は、前記ケース本体の周方向に沿って延在して端から端まで接続された閉鎖構造である、請求項3に記載のケース。
- 前記第2圧力解放溝は、前記ケース本体の周方向に沿って離間して設けられた複数の溝セグメントを含み、各溝セグメントは、1つの第1圧力解放溝と交差して前記開放位置を形成する、請求項2に記載のケース。
- 前記圧力解放構造は、第3圧力解放溝及び第4圧力解放溝をさらに含み、
前記第1圧力解放溝の各々には、1つの前記第3圧力解放溝と1つの前記第4圧力解放溝が対応して設けられ、
前記第3圧力解放溝と前記第4圧力解放溝は、前記第1圧力解放溝の延在方向に沿って離間して設けられ、前記第3圧力解放溝と前記第4圧力解放溝の両方は、前記第1圧力解放溝と交差し、前記第1圧力解放溝、前記第3圧力解放溝及び前記第4圧力解放溝は、開放部を共同で画定し、
前記開放部は、前記ケース本体内の圧力又は温度が閾値に達すると、前記第1圧力解放溝、前記第3圧力解放溝及び前記第4圧力解放溝を境界として開放し、前記ケース本体内の圧力を解放するように構成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のケース。 - 前記第1圧力解放溝、前記第3圧力解放溝及び前記第4圧力解放溝は、2つの前記開放部を共同で画定し、2つの前記開放部は、それぞれ前記第1圧力解放溝の両側に位置する、請求項6に記載のケース。
- 前記1圧力解放溝には開放位置が設けられ、
前記第3圧力解放溝は、前記第1圧力解放溝と交差して第1薄弱部位を形成し、
前記第4圧力解放溝は、前記第1圧力解放溝と交差して第2薄弱部位を形成し、
前記第1圧力解放溝の延在方向において、前記開放位置は、前記第1薄弱部位と前記第2薄弱部位との間に位置し、
前記ケース本体は、前記ケース本体内の圧力又は温度が閾値に達すると、前記第1圧力解放溝に前記開放位置から前記第1薄弱部位及び前記第2薄弱部位へ破裂して亀裂を形成するように構成され、これにより、前記開放部は、前記ケース本体に前記亀裂が形成された後、前記第3圧力解放溝と前記第4圧力解放溝に沿って開放する、請求項6又は7に記載のケース。 - 前記ケース本体の前記第1薄弱部位における肉厚及び前記ケース本体の前記第2薄弱部位における肉厚の両方は、前記ケース本体の前記開放位置における肉厚よりも大きい、請求項8に記載のケース。
- 前記ケース本体は、円柱体構造であり、前記第1圧力解放溝は、前記ケース本体の軸方向に沿って延在している、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のケース。
- 前記圧力解放構造は、前記ケース本体の外面に設けられる、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のケース。
- 前記ケース本体は、底壁と周壁とを含み、前記周壁は、前記底壁の縁の周りに設けられ、前記圧力解放構造は、前記周壁に設けられる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のケース。

前記ケース本体は、前記ケース本体内の圧力又は温度が閾値に達すると、前記第1圧力解放溝に沿って破裂し、前記ケース本体内の圧力を解放するように構成される、ケースの製造方法。 - ケースの製造デバイスであって、
電極アセンブリを収容するためのケース本体を提供するための提供装置と、
ケース本体に、ケース本体の周方向に沿って離間して設けられた複数の第1圧力解放溝を形成するように、前記ケース本体に圧力解放構造を加工するための加工装置と、
