Claims (9)
- 巻鉄心変圧器に用いられ、
若干の鉄心脚を含む鉄心と、
コイル巻付金型であって、中空構造であり、前記鉄心脚を挿入するように配置され、上部金型、中部金型及び下部金型を含み、前記中部金型の両端がそれぞれ前記上部金型と前記下部金型に接続され、前記上部金型が第1固定部材と第1回転部材を含み、前記下部金型が第2固定部材と第2回転部材を含み、前記第1固定部材が前記第1回転部材に接続され、前記第2固定部材が前記第2回転部材に接続され、前記第1固定部材と前記第2固定部材が前記コイル巻付金型を前記鉄心脚に外挿設置するためのものであり、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材が前記中部金型を連動して回転させるためのものであるコイル巻付金型と、
箔型コイルであり、前記中部金型に巻き付けられるコイルと、を含むことを特徴とする巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。 - 前記鉄心は三相立体巻鉄心であり、前記鉄心脚の数量が3つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
- 前記鉄心は単相巻鉄心であり、前記鉄心脚の数量が2つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
- 前記巻鉄心変圧器は、前記第1固定部材を接続した上締め付け部材と、前記第2固定部材を接続した下締め付け部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
- 前記中部金型は、円筒構造であり、又は繋ぎ合わせられて円筒を形成可能な複数の弧状板構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
- 前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材はそれぞれ、繋ぎ合わせられて環状を形成可能な少なくとも2つの弧状板構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
- 前記上部金型及び/又は前記下部金型は、前記中部金型、前記第1回転部材及び前記第2回転部材を連動して回転させるための伝動輪を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
- 前記コイルの引き出し端には、フレキシブルジョイントを一側に設けた銅ブスバーが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
- 前記コイルの引き出し端は水平部と曲げ部を含み、前記水平部と前記曲げ部との間の夾角が90度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻鉄心変圧器コイル巻装構造。
