Description
Claims (16)
- 陽極酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)のセラミックフィルムから形成されるとともに、最大500ナノメートルの格子定数を有する格子に配置される複数の細孔を有するレンチルを備える多重化バイオアッセイシステムであって、前記細孔のそれぞれは、最大400ナノメートルの直径及び最大100000ナノメートルの長さを有する、多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 前記複数の細孔は、60ナノメートルの平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 前記レンチルは、5ミリメートルの直径を有する、請求項2に記載の多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 前記セラミックフィルムは、FRET中心を用いてドープされる、請求項3に記載の多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 前記FRET中心は、キレート化金属イオンを含む、請求項4に記載の多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 複数のウェルを有するマイクロプレートを更に備え、前記複数のウェルのそれぞれは、前記レンチルを備える、請求項5に記載の多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 前記レンチルは、シランカップリング剤、ペプチド合成用のリンカー、核酸オリゴヌクレオチド合成又はグラフト用のリンカー、ペプチド用のリンカー、タンパク質用のリンカー、抗体用のリンカー、及び遺伝子用のリンカーからなる群から選択される表面処理を含む、請求項5に記載の多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 前記複数のウェルのデジタル画像を捕捉するように位置決めされる電荷結合素子カメラを備える、請求項7に記載の多重化バイオアッセイシステム。
- 最大500ナノメートルの格子定数を有する複数の細孔を有するように陽極酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)からセラミックフィルムを調製する工程であって、前記細孔のそれぞれは、最大400ナノメートルの直径及び最大100000ナノメートルの長さを有する、工程と、
前記セラミックフィルムをレーザー切断して少なくとも1つのレンチルを形成する工程と、
を含む、多重化バイオアッセイシステムを提供する方法。 - 前記複数の細孔は、60ナノメートルの平均直径を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記レンチルは、5ミリメートルの直径を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックフィルムは、FRET中心を用いてドープされる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記FRET中心は、キレート化金属イオンを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記レンチルに表面処理を施す工程を更に含み、前記表面処理は、シランカップリング剤、ペプチド合成用のリンカー、核酸オリゴヌクレオチド合成又はグラフト用のリンカー、ペプチド用のリンカー、タンパク質用のリンカー、抗体用のリンカー、及び遺伝子用のリンカーからなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 複数のウェルを有するマイクロプレートを提供する工程と、
前記複数のレンチルのそれぞれを前記複数のウェルの対応するウェルに位置決めする工程と、
を更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のレンチルを内部に位置決めした前記複数のウェルのデジタル画像を捕捉するようにCCDカメラを位置決めする工程を更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
