Claims (12)
- 複数のバッテリーラックを有するバッテリーバンクの電力を制御する装置であって、
予め設定されたバンク電力限界値に基づいて、前記複数のバッテリーラック全体に対して入力又は出力されるバンク電力量の大きさを調整するように構成された電力調整部と、
前記複数のバッテリーラックのそれぞれに対するラック電力量を測定するように構成された電力測定部と、
前記電力測定部により測定された各バッテリーラックのラック電力測定値に基づいて、前記バンク電力限界値を設定するように構成されたバンク制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。 - 前記バンク制御部は、前記各バッテリーラックのラック電力測定値と、前記各バッテリーラックに対応して予め記憶されたラック電力限界値とを比較し、比較結果に応じて前記バンク電力限界値を設定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記ラック電力測定値が前記ラック電力限界値を超えるバッテリーラックを選別し、選別されたバッテリーラックの前記ラック電力測定値と前記ラック電力限界値とを用いて前記バンク電力限界値を設定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記ラック電力測定値に対する前記ラック電力限界値の比率を減少係数として算出し、算出された減少係数に基づいて前記バンク電力限界値を演算するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記算出された減少係数に以前に設定されたバンク電力限界値を乗じて前記バンク電力限界値を更新するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記ラック電力測定値が前記ラック電力限界値を超えるバッテリーラックの減少係数に基づいて、前記バンク電力限界値を演算するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記ラック電力測定値が前記ラック電力限界値を超えるバッテリーラックが複数である場合、算出された最も低い減少係数に基づいて前記バンク電力限界値を演算するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記ラック電力測定値が前記ラック電力限界値を超える回数をカウントし、カウントされた回数が基準累積回数以上である場合に前記バンク電力限界値を演算するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記算出された減少係数の逆数に基づいて前記バッテリーラックの遮断可否を決定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 前記バンク制御部は、前記算出された減少係数の前記逆数が参照値以上である場合、当該バッテリーラックの接続を遮断するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーバンク電力制御装置を含むエネルギー貯蔵システム。
- 複数のバッテリーラックを有するバッテリーバンクの電力を制御する方法であって、
予め設定されたバンク電力限界値に基づいて、前記バッテリーバンクに電力が入力されるか、または前記バッテリーバンクから電力が出力される入出力ステップと、
前記入出力ステップ中において、前記複数のバッテリーラックのそれぞれに対するラック電力量を測定する測定ステップと、
前記測定ステップで測定された各バッテリーラックのラック電力測定値に基づいて、前記バンク電力限界値を変更するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーバンク電力制御方法。
