Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 衝撃イベントを受けると、第1の位置から第2の位置に移動するように構成されている質量要素、及び
前記質量要素の前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への移動に応じて第1の状態から第2の状態に変化するように構成されている検出回路であって、前記第2の状態への変化に応じて前記第1の状態に戻ることを防止されている前記検出回路
を有しているマイクロセンサと、
前記検出回路に連結されており、前記質量要素が前記第2の位置にあることを示す値を出力するように構成されている無線周波数識別(RFID)モジュールと、
前記マイクロセンサから外されるまで前記質量要素を前記第1の位置に維持するように構成されている起動要素と
を備えている、衝撃インジケータ。 - 前記マイクロセンサは、前記質量要素が移動可能に連結されている基板を有しており、前記起動要素は前記基板と取り外し可能に連結されている、請求項1に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、前記質量要素に形成されている開口部を通って延びている、請求項2に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサはウエハ基板上に形成されている、請求項1に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサは、液晶表示(LCD) パネル基板上に形成されている、請求項1に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサはロールツーロール(R2R) 基板上に形成されている、請求項1に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、
前記質量要素の直近に配置されている第1の部分、及び
加えられる力を受けて、前記第1の部分を前記質量要素の直近から変位させるように構成されている第2の部分
を有している、請求項1に記載の衝撃インジケータ。 - 衝撃インジケータであって、
前記衝撃インジケータの作動状態を通信するように構成されている通信モジュールインレイを有する基板と、
衝突イベントを検出するために前記通信モジュールインレイと通信可能に連結されており、前記作動状態を検出するように構成されている不可逆的な検出回路を有しているマイクロセンサと、
前記マイクロセンサから外されるまで前記マイクロセンサを非反応状態に維持するように構成されている起動要素と
を備えている、衝撃インジケータ。 - 前記起動要素は、阻止体に連結されている保持要素を有しており、前記保持要素が前記衝撃インジケータから外されると、前記阻止体を前記マイクロセンサから外す、請求項8に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記阻止体は前記保持要素に接着連結されている、請求項9に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、前記マイクロセンサの可動要素の動きを制限するように構成されている阻止体を有している、請求項8に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサはウエハ基板上に形成されている、請求項8に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 衝撃イベントを受けると起動するように構成されているマイクロセンサであって、前記マイクロセンサの起動に応じて第1の状態から第2の状態に変化するように構成されて前記起動に応じて前記第1の状態に戻ることが防止されている検出回路を有している前記マイクロセンサと、
前記検出回路に連結されており、前記マイクロセンサが起動したことを示す値を出力するように構成されている無線周波数識別(RFID)モジュールと、
前記マイクロセンサから外されるまで前記マイクロセンサを非反応状態に維持するように構成されている起動要素と
を備えている、衝撃インジケータ。 - 前記マイクロセンサはウエハ基板上に形成されている、請求項13に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサは、液晶表示(LCD) パネル基板上に形成されている、請求項13に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、前記マイクロセンサの可動要素の動きを制限するように構成されている阻止体を有している、請求項13に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、阻止体に連結されている保持要素を有しており、前記保持要素が前記衝撃インジケータから外されると、前記阻止体を前記マイクロセンサから外す、請求項13に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、前記マイクロセンサの可動要素を通って延びている阻止体を有している、請求項13に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサは、少なくとも1つの梁要素に連結されている質量要素を有しており、前記梁要素は、前記マイクロセンサが衝撃イベントを受けると破壊するように構成されている、請求項13に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
- 前記検出回路は前記梁要素上に形成されている、請求項13に記載の衝撃インジケータ。
