前記密封断熱タンク(71)は、互いに接続されかつ前記耐荷重構造体に固定された複数のタンク壁で形成された主構造体を備え、前記主構造体は内部貯蔵空間を画定し、前記主構造体は少なくとも密封膜(17,19)および少なくとも断熱障壁(16,18)を備え、前記断熱障壁(16,18)は、前記密封膜(17,19)と前記耐荷重構造体との間に配置され、
前記耐荷重構造体は、実質的に平坦な上側耐力壁を備え、
前記密封膜(17,19)、前記主構造体の前記断熱障壁(16,18)、および前記上側耐力壁は、垂直軸に沿って延在するシャフト(15)の耐力壁を形成するパイプ(30)を、上端まで画定するように局所的に中断されており、前記上端は、流体荷積み/荷降ろしパイプが前記密封膜を通過するように意図された荷積み/荷降ろし開口部(10)内にあり、前記タンク(71)は、前記荷積み/荷降ろし開口部(10)内に配置されたカバー(12)を備え、
前記カバー(12)は、上部カバー壁(23)と、下部カバー壁(22)と、前記下部カバー壁(22)と前記上部カバー壁(23)との間に位置する断熱構造体(24)と、を備え、
前記パイプ(30)および前記上部カバー壁(23)が、異なる性質の鉄系合金から作製され、前記上部カバー壁(23)から始まる少なくとも1つの固定タブ(50)が、前記下部カバー壁(22)に直接的または間接的に密封して固定されることを特徴とする、貯蔵設備(1)。 - 前記固定タブ(50)はL字形断面を有し、かつ前記上部カバー壁(23)から始まる直線状の近位部分(51)を備え、前記近位部分(51)は、前記近位部分(51)から90°±10の角度で始まる遠位部分(52)によって延在する、請求項1に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記断熱障壁は二次断熱障壁(16)であり、前記密封膜(17,19)は、前記タンク(71)の内部から前記パイプに向かって、一次密封膜(19)および二次密封膜(17)を連続して備え、一次断熱障壁(18)は、前記一次密封膜(19)と前記二次密封膜(17)との間に配置され、前記固定タブ(50)はまた、前記二次密封膜(17)に密封して固定される、請求項1または2に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記固定タブ(50)の前記二次密封膜(17)への固定は、前記固定タブ(50)の前記遠位部分(52)で行われる、請求項2および3に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記固定タブ(50)の前記二次密封膜(17)への固定は、接着によって達成される、請求項3または4に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記固定タブ(50)が前記下部カバー壁(22)に直接固定される場合、前記固定は、前記固定タブ(50)の前記近位部分(51)で溶接することによって達成される、請求項2と組み合わせて考慮される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記一次密封膜(19)は、好ましくは溶接によって、前記下部カバー壁(22)に密封して固定される、請求項3と組み合わせて考慮される請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記固定タブ(50)が前記下部カバー壁(22)に間接的に固定される場合、接合片(26)が前記下部カバー壁(22)と、前記密封膜(19)と、前記固定タブ(50)と、を密封して接続する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記固定タブ(50)は、前記近位部分(51)から始まり、かつ前記近位部分(51)に対して90°±10°の角度で延在するフランジ(53)を備え、前記接合片(26)は、前記固定タブ(50)の前記フランジ(53)に固定される、請求項2および8に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記パイプ(30)は炭素鋼で作製され、好ましくは前記パイプ(30)は、重量で、0%<C<2.11%を含む鉄系合金で作製される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記パイプ(30)は、IGCコードに従ってグレードA、B、D、AH、DH、EH、FHまたはEの鋼で作製される、請求項10に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記上部カバー壁(23)ならびに前記固定タブ(50)は、重量で、0<C<0.08%、0%<Mn≦2%、0%<Si<0.5%、0%<P<0.045%、0%<S<0.030%、8%<Ni<14%、16%<Cr<50%、0%<N<0.02%、および任意選択的に0%≦Mo≦3%および/または0%<Ti<0.7%を含み、残部は製造から不可避的に生じる鉄および不純物である、オーステナイト鋼からなる鉄系合金から作製される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。
- 前記下部カバー壁(22)は、
0.5.10-6~2.10-6K-1に含まれる熱膨張係数を有する鉄ニッケル合金から作製された、互いに組み立てられた複数の平面金属板か、または
複数の波形金属シートであって、前記波形金属シートが繰り返しパターンで並置され、かつ互いに密封して溶接され、前記金属シートがステンレス鋼で作製される、波形金属シートからなる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵設備(1)。 - 低温液体製品を輸送するための船舶(70)であって、二重船殻(72)と、前記二重船殻内に配置された請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵設備(1)と、を有する船舶(70)。
- 低温液体製品を移送するための移送システムであって、請求項14に記載の船舶(70)と、前記船舶の前記船殻内に設置された前記タンク(71)を浮体式または陸上の外部貯蔵設備(77)に接続するように配置された断熱配管(73,79,76,81)と、前記断熱配管を通して前記浮体式もしくは陸上の外部貯蔵設備から前記船舶の前記タンクへ、または前記船舶の前記タンクから前記浮体式もしくは陸上の外部貯蔵設備へ低温液体製品の流れを搬送するためのポンプと、を含む、移送システム。
- 請求項14に記載の船舶(70)から荷積みまたは荷降ろしするための方法であって、低温液体製品が、断熱配管(73,79,76,81)を通して、浮体式もしくは陸上の外部貯蔵設備(77)から前記船舶(71)の前記タンクへ、または前記船舶の前記タンクから浮体式もしくは陸上の外部貯蔵設備へ供給される、方法。
