Claims (13)
- 複数の電池セルと、
内部空間が形成され、前記内部空間に前記複数の電池セルを収容するように構成されたモジュールケースと、
前記複数の電池セルが収容されたモジュールケースの内部空間のうちの少なくとも一部に充填されるように構成された高分子部材と、
前記高分子部材の内部に少なくとも一部が位置し、前記複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも一つと前記モジュールケースとの間の空間及び前記複数の電池セル同士の間の空間の一つ以上の空間に介在された充填材と、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記高分子部材は、シリコーン樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記高分子部材は、前記モジュールケースの内部空間のうちの少なくとも一部に充填された後、硬化した形態を有する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、多数の粒子を備えて前記高分子部材の内部に分散している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、プラスチック素材またはセラミック素材を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、相異なるサイズの多数の粒子を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、内部に空き空間が形成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、内部に消火物質が収容されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、内部に難燃性液体が収容されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、前記高分子部材の一部が挿入されるように構成されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填材は、外層、及び多孔質の内層を有する粒子を多数個備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
