Claims (15)
- 外部被服層、金属層及び内部接着層を含むラミネートシートからなる電池ケース;
前記電池ケースの内部に収容された電極組立体;及び
前記電池ケースにおいて電極組立体収納部の第1面及び第2面のいずれか一方の外部被服層の外面に塗布された発泡層;
を含むパウチ形電池セル。 - 前記外部被服層は1つ以上の層状構造を有し、前記外部被服層の最外層はPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)からなる、請求項1に記載のパウチ形電池セル。
- 前記発泡層は、ポリウレタンフォーム(PU foam)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ形電池セル。
- 前記発泡層の厚さは、前記電池ケースの部位別の膨脹程度によって厚さ偏差が存在するように形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池セル。
- 前記発泡層の厚さは、前記電池ケースが多く膨脹する部分で薄く形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池セル。
- 前記発泡層が付加されない前記電極組立体収納部の第1面又は第2面の外部被服層の外面には、両面テープが付着している、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池セル。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項によるパウチ形電池セルの製造方法であって、
ラミネートシートからなる電池ケースに電極組立体を収容して密封する段階;及び
前記電池ケースの外面に発泡層を形成する段階;
を含み、
前記発泡層は、前記電池ケースにおいて電極組立体収納部の第1面及び第2面のいずれか一方の外部被服層の外面に形成される、パウチ形電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記発泡層を形成する段階は、ポリウレタンフォームを形成する過程である、請求項7に記載のパウチ形電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記発泡層が形成されていない前記電極組立体収納部の第1面又は前記第2面の外面に、両面テープを付着させる過程を含む、請求項7または8に記載のパウチ形電池セルの製造方法。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項によるパウチ形電池セルを少なくとも一つ以上含む電池モジュールであって、
前記パウチ形電池セルで構成される電池セルスタック、及び前記電池セルスタックを収容するモジュールハウジングを含み、
前記電池セルスタックは、追加の緩衝部材無しで前記パウチ形電池セルが密着して配列されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルスタックは、電池ケースの外面に発泡層が付加された第1電池セル、及び前記発泡層が付加されていない第2電池セルを含む、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 1個の前記第1電池セルが、連続して配置される前記第2電池セルの間に配置されている、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項10による電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記パウチ形電池セルで構成される電池セルスタックを準備する段階;及び
前記電池セルスタックを前記モジュールハウジングに収納する段階;
を含み、
前記電池セルスタックは、追加の緩衝部材無しで前記パウチ形電池セルが密着して配列されている、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記パウチ形電池セルは、前記電池ケースにおいて電極組立体収納部の第1面及び前記第2面のいずれか一方の外部被服層の外面に発泡層が塗布された形態である、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記電池セルスタックを準備する段階は、
前記電池ケースの外面に発泡層が付加されていない第2電池セルを連続配置し、電池ケースの外面に発泡層が付加された第1電池セルを1個配置する過程を繰り返す過程である、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
