Claims (14)
- 陽極及び陰極の間に分離膜が介在されて積層された構造の電極組立体を収納したパウチ形電池ケースであって、
外部被覆層、金属バリア層及び内部接着層を含み、
前記金属バリア層は複数の金属層の間に放熱層を含む構造を有する、パウチ形電池ケース。 - 前記金属バリア層は第1金属層、放熱層及び第2金属層が順次積層された構造である、請求項1に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記放熱層は網構造又は多孔性構造を有しており、内部空隙が接着物質で満たされている、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記接着物質は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレート、ポリエチレンイソフタレート、ポリカーボネート、共重合ポリエステルを含むポリエステル系樹脂;ポリエーテル系接着剤;ポリウレタン系接着剤;エポキシ系樹脂;フェノール系樹脂;ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン12;ポリアミド系樹脂;ポリオレフィン、カルボン酸変性ポリオレフィン、金属変性ポリオレフィンを含むポリオレフィン系樹脂;ポリ酢酸ビニル系樹脂;セルロース系接着剤;メタクリル系樹脂;ポリイミド系樹脂;尿素樹脂、メラミン樹脂を含むアミノ樹脂;クロロプレンゴム、ニトリルゴム、スチレン−ブタジエンゴムを含むゴム;シリコン系樹脂からなる群から選択される1種以上である、請求項3に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記放熱層はアルミニウムの熱伝導度と同一であるかそれより高い熱伝導度を有する素材からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記放熱層は、アルミニウム(Al)、ベリリウム(Be)、銅(Cu)、銀(Ag)及び金(Au)からなる群から選択される1種以上からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記第1金属層及び前記第2金属層は前記放熱層によって互いに結合されている、請求項2に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記内部接着層は第1内部接着層及び第2内部接着層からなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記第1内部接着層は金属層に隣接して位置する層であると共に、表面改質された酸性化ポリプロピレン(Acidified−Polypropylene、PPa)からなり、第2内部接着層は前記第1内部接着層の外側に位置する層であると共に、ポリプロピレン(Polypropylene、PP)からなる、請求項8に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記外部被覆層は第1外部被覆層及び第2外部被覆層からなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記第1外部被覆層は最外側に位置する層であると共に、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(Polyethylene terephthalate、PET)からなり、前記第2外部被覆層は前記第1外部被覆層と前記金属層の間に位置する層であると共に、延伸ナイロンからなる、請求項10に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記金属バリア層は3個以上の金属層間のそれぞれに放熱層を含む構造を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 前記金属バリア層と外部被覆層の間には接着層が介在されており、前記接着層と対面する金属バリア層の面は表面改質された酸性化ポリプロピレン層が結合されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケース。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池ケースを含むパウチ形二次電池。
