Claims (11)
- 電極組立体;
前記電極組立体が内装されているパウチケースを含み、
前記パウチケースは、電極組立体の一部が内蔵される第1収納部が形成された第1ケース部および前記電極組立体の残り部分が収納される第2収納部が形成された第2ケース部を含み、
前記第1ケース部と前記第2ケース部は、前記第1収納部および第2収納部を囲む縁部で互いに接し、前記縁部の少なくとも一部に帯形状に形成されたシーリング部によって密封され、
前記シーリング部は、第1幅を有する第1シーリング部および前記第1幅より小さい第2幅を有する第2シーリング部を含み、
前記第2シーリング部の長さ方向の中心部は、前記電極組立体の長辺の中心部と一致する、二次電池。 - 前記シーリング部は、前記第1シーリング部と前記第2シーリング部を連結し、前記パウチケースの外側から前記電極組立体に向かって傾斜した形態を有する第1傾斜部、および前記第1シーリング部と前記第2シーリング部を連結し、前記電極組立体から前記パウチケースの外側に向かって傾斜した形態を有する第2傾斜部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1傾斜部の長さは、前記第2傾斜部の長さよりさらに長い、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2幅は、前記第1幅の1/4以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記縁部の幅は、前記第1シーリング部が位置する部分および前記第2シーリング部が位置する部分で一定に維持される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1ケース部および前記第2ケース部はそれぞれ、基材層、金属層、およびシーリング層を含み、
前記シーリング部は、前記第1ケース部のシーリング層と前記第2ケース部のシーリング層が相互熱融着されて一体に形成された領域である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記シーリング層は、熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は互いに対向する一対の長辺を含み、
前記一対の長辺のうちのいずれか一つの長辺に対応してのみ前記第2シーリング部が位置する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は互いに対向する一対の長辺を含み、
前記一対の長辺のうちの両側長辺全てに対応して前記第2シーリング部が位置する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2シーリング部は、前記パウチケース内部で熱暴走が発生する場合、発生されるガスのベント部として作用する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池を含む電池モジュール。
