Abstract
Description
- 可視光の反射を低減し、したがってコーティングされたペインの透過率を増加させる反射防止層、例えば、窒化ケイ素、ケイ素-ジルコニウム窒化物等の混合ケイ素-金属窒化物、酸化チタン、窒化アルミニウム、又は酸化スズに基づく反射防止層、層の厚さは、例えば、10nm~100nm;
- 電気伝導性層の結晶性を改善する整合層、例えば、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)に基づく整合層、層の厚さは、例えば、3nm~20nm;
- 重なる層の表面構造を改善する平滑化層、例えば、スズ、ケイ素、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、亜鉛、ガリウム、及び/又はインジウムの非晶質の酸化物に基づく平滑化層、特に、混合スズ-亜鉛酸化物(ZnSnO)に基づく平滑化層、層の厚さは、例えば、3nm~20nm。
反射係数R20/RIVが、表1に係る複合ペインについて決定され、それは、内側表面IVからの望ましくない反射と比較して、反射コーティング20からの所望のHUD反射がどの程度強く表れるかの尺度を提供する。
- 比較例1において、複合ペインは、内側表面IV上のコーティングを有さなかった;
- 比較例2において、複合ペインは、ゾル-ゲル法において適用された100nmの厚さのナノポーラスSiO2-層(屈折率1.3)として実装された内側表面IV上の反射防止コーティングを有していた;
- 比較例3において、複合ペインは、マグネトロン増強カソード堆積を用いて適用された10nmの層厚さを有するアルミニウムドープ窒化ケイ素(屈折率2.0)に基づく単層として実装された内側表面IV上の高屈折率コーティング30を有していた。

Claims (15)
- - 熱可塑性の中間層(3)を介して互いに連結された外側のペイン(1)及び内側のペイン(2)を含む複合ペイン(10)であって、HUD領域(B)を有する複合ペイン;
- 前記中間層(3)に面する、前記外側のペイン(1)若しくは前記内側のペイン(2)の表面(II,III)上の、又は前記中間層(3)内の、p偏光放射線を反射するのに適しているHUD反射層;
- 前記HUD領域(B)に向けられており、p偏光放射線を放出するHUDプロジェクター(4);及び
- 前記内側のペイン(2)の、前記中間層(3)とは反対側の表面(IV)上の、少なくとも1.7の屈折率を有する高屈折率コーティング(30)
を少なくとも含むヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD)用プロジェクションアセンブリであって、
前記高屈折率コーティング(30)が、ゾル-ゲルコーティングである、ヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD)用プロジェクションアセンブリ。 - 前記プロジェクター(4)の前記放射線が、58°~72°、好ましくは62°~68°の入射角で前記複合ペイン(10)に当たる、請求項1に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記高屈折率コーティング(30)の屈折率が、少なくとも1.8、好ましくは少なくとも1.9、特に好ましくは少なくとも2.0である、請求項1又は2に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記高屈折率コーティング(30)が、窒化ケイ素、混合ケイ素-金属窒化物、窒化アルミニウム、酸化スズ、酸化マンガン、酸化タングステン、酸化ニオブ、酸化ビスマス、酸化チタン、混合スズ-亜鉛酸化物、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化スカンジウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化タンタル、酸化ランタン、又は酸化セリウムを含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記高屈折率コーティング(30)の厚さが、最大で100nm、好ましくは最大で50nm、特に好ましくは最大で30nm、最も特に好ましくは最大で10nmである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記高屈折率コーティング(30)が、酸化チタン又は酸化ジルコニウムを含有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 反射係数R20/RIVが少なくとも50:1であり、それぞれ、R20は、p偏光放射線に対する前記反射層の反射率であり、RIVは、p偏光放射線に対する前記高屈折率コーティング(30)を備える前記表面(IV)の反射率である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記高屈折率コーティング(30)が、前記内側のペイン(2)の前記表面(IV)全体にわたっては適用されていないが、少なくとも、前記HUD領域(B)を含有する前記表面(IV)の領域には適用されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記高屈折率コーティング(30)の屈折率が勾配を有し、この屈折率は、前記複合ペイン(10)の下側端部(U)から上側端部(O)の方向に減少する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記HUD反射層が、少なくとも1つの電気伝導性層、好ましくは銀に基づく電気伝導性層を含む薄膜スタックとして実装されたHUD反射コーティング(20)である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記HUD反射層が、誘電体層だけを含有する薄膜スタックとして実装されたHUD反射コーティング(20)である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記HUD反射層が、複数のポリマープライを含むポリマーフィルムであり、より高い屈折率を有するプライとより低い屈折率を有するプライが、交互に配置されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記複合ペイン(10)が、前記外側のペイン(1)の、前記中間層(3)とは反対側の表面(I)に高屈折率コーティング(30)をさらに備える、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記外側のペイン(1)及び前記内側のペイン(2)が、ソーダ石灰ガラスでできている、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
- 前記複合ペイン(10)が、乗用車のフロントガラスである、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクションアセンブリ。
