Claims (35)
- 堆肥化可能な組成物であって、
ポリ(エチレンサクシネート)(PES)、ポリ(トリメチレンサクシネート)(PTS)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート)(PBS)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート co-ブチレンアジペート)(PBSA)、ポリ(ブチレンアジペート co-テレフタレート)(PBAT)、ポリ(テトラメチレンアジペート-co-テレフタレート)(PTAT)、及び熱可塑性デンプンからなる群から選択される第1の生分解性ポリマーと、
疎水剤と、を含む、堆肥化可能な組成物。 - 前記組成物が、少なくとも40重量%、少なくとも45重量%、少なくとも50重量%、少なくとも55重量%、少なくとも60重量%、又は少なくとも65重量%の前記第1の生分解性ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記疎水剤が、堆肥化可能な疎水剤である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1の生分解性ポリマーとは異なる、第2の生分解性ポリマーを更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記第2の生分解性ポリマーが、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリグリコリド、ポリカプロラクトン、及びそれらのコポリマー、ゼイン、セルロースエステル、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、ポリヒドロキシバレレート、ポリヒドロキシヘキサノエート、ポリ(エチレンサクシネート)(PES)、ポリ(トリメチレンサクシネート)(PTS)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート)(PBS)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート co-ブチレンアジペート)(PBSA)、ポリ(ブチレンアジペート co-テレフタレート)(PBAT)、ポリ(テトラメチレンアジペート-co-テレフタレート)(PTAT)、熱可塑性デンプン、並びにそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中の前記第1の生分解性ポリマーの前記第2の生分解性ポリマーに対する重量パーセントの比が、0.5:1~1.5:1、任意に0.75:1~1.25:1、又は任意に1:1である、請求項4又は5に記載の組成物。
- 前記疎水剤が、エチレンビス(ステアラミド)(EBS)、水素化ヒマシ油、ヒマシ油、パルミチン酸、リノール酸、アラキジン酸、パルミトレイン酸、酪酸、ステアリン酸、トリグリセリド、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 炭酸カルシウム、タルク、カオリン、クレイ、アルミナ三水和物、硫酸カルシウム、グラスバブルズ、粉砕雲母、ゼオライト、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される充填剤を更に含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記第1の生分解性ポリマー及び前記疎水剤から本質的になる、請求項1に記載の堆肥化可能な組成物。
- 前記組成物が、0.5~15重量%の前記疎水剤を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な組成物。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な組成物を含む生分解性ポリマー層を有する、堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記物品が、射出成形、ブロー成形、射出ブロー成形、プロファイル押出、及びそれらの組み合わせによって少なくとも部分的に形成されている、請求項11に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記物品が、トレイ、テープディスペンサ、テープコア、フック、包装容器、及び包装材料からなる群から選択される、請求項11又は12に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 繊維層を更に含む、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記生分解性ポリマー層が、微細構造を含む、請求項11~14のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記微細構造が、連続的なものであるか、又は別個なものである、請求項15に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記微細構造が、フック、レール、及びピラーからなる群から選択される、請求項15又は16に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記微細構造が、ステム及びキャップを含む、請求項15~17のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 前記繊維層が、前記微細構造と係合して、取り付けシステムを形成する、請求項15~18のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な物品。
- 包装物品であって、
第1の内面と、前記第1の内面とは反対側の第1の外面とを有する第1の壁と、
第2の内面と、前記第2の内面とは反対側の第2の外面とを有する第2の壁であって、前記第1及び第2の内面が前記包装物品の内部を画定し、かつ前記第1及び第2の外面が前記包装物品の外部を画定する、第2の壁と、
前記第1の壁が前記第2の壁に取り付けられている1つ以上の縁部と、を含み、
前記第1の壁又は前記第2の壁が、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能な組成物を含む、包装物品。 - 前記物品が、パウチ、バッグ、又はエンベロープのうちの1つである、請求項20に記載の包装物品。
- 前記堆肥化可能な組成物が、ヒートシール可能な堆肥化可能なコーティングである、請求項20に記載の包装物品。
- 前記堆肥化可能なヒートシール可能なコーティングが、ポリブチレンサクシネート、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネートアジペート)、ポリ(エチレンサクシネート)、ポリ(テトラメチレンアジペート-co-テレフタレート)、又は熱可塑性デンプンのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項22に記載の包装物品。
- 前記第1の壁又は前記第2の壁のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記ヒートシール可能なコーティングでコーティングされたポリ乳酸を含む、請求項22又は23に記載の包装物品。
- 前記第1の壁及び前記第2の壁のうちの少なくとも1つが、不織布又はセルロースのうちの1つを含む、請求項20~24のいずれか一項に記載の包装物品。
- 前記第1の壁及び前記第2の壁が、
第1の主面とその反対側の第2の主面とを有する内層と、
第3の主面とその反対側の第4の主面とを有する外層と、を含み、
前記内層の前記第1の主面が、前記第1の内面、前記第2の内面、又はその両方であり、前記外層の前記第4の主面が、前記第1の外面、前記第2の外面、又はその両方である、請求項20~25のいずれか一項に記載の包装物品。 - 前記内層と前記外層との間に中間層を更に含む、請求項26に記載の包装物品。
- 前記第1の壁、前記第2の壁、又は前記第1の壁及び前記第2の壁の両方が、繰り返しパターンでエンボス加工されている、請求項20~27のいずれか一項に記載の包装物品。
- 前記内層が、繰り返しパターンでエンボス加工されている、請求項27又は28に記載の包装物品。
- 少なくとも1つの接着剤部分が、前記第2の外面上、且つ前記第2の外面上の何らかのコーティングより上に配置されている、請求項20~29のいずれか一項に記載の包装物品。
- 前記接着剤部分が、堆肥化可能な接着剤からなる、請求項30に記載の包装物品。
- 前記堆肥化可能な接着剤が、2-オクチルアクリレート及びアクリル酸のコポリマー;糖修飾アクリレートのコポリマー;ポリ乳酸、ポリカプロラクトン、及び樹脂のブレンド;ポリ(ヒドロキシアルカノエート)及び樹脂のブレンド;タンパク質接着剤;天然ゴム接着剤;又はダイマー酸含有ポリアミドのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項31に記載の包装物品。
- 前記第1の壁がフラップを更に含み、前記フラップは、開構成と閉構成との間で折り畳まれるように適合され、前記開構成では前記包装物品の開口部を越えて延び、前記閉構成では前記包装物品の前記開口部を覆う、請求項20~32のいずれか一項に記載の包装物品。
- 請求項20~33のいずれか一項に記載の包装物品と、前記包装物品の内部に位置する物体と、を備える、アセンブリ。
- 請求項20~34のいずれか一項に記載の包装物品を製造する方法であって、
ヒートシール可能な堆肥化可能なコーティングを有する第1の堆肥化可能なシートを折り畳み、折り畳まれたシートを形成することであって、前記折り畳みの一方の側にある前記折り畳まれたシートの一部が、折り畳みによって画定された1つの縁部と共に、前記第1の壁を構成する、ことと、
少なくとも1つの追加の縁部を封止して、前記包装物品を形成することと、を含む、方法。
