Abstract
Description
物品を印刷する前に、先ず、モデリングソフトウェアで物品の3Dモデルを作成する。該モデリングソフトウェアは、例えばコンピュータ支援設計(computer aided design,CAD)ソフトウェアであってもよい。次に、作成した3Dモデルを階層化し、3Dモデルを複数の印刷対象層に分割して、各印刷対象層の階層データを得る。3Dモデルを階層化することにより、3D物品の印刷過程を複数の2D印刷過程に分解し、各印刷対象層の印刷過程が平面の2D印刷過程に類似する。各印刷対象層の階層データを得た後、制御装置14は、各印刷対象層の階層データに基づいて、3D印刷ヘッド12を制御して所定の印刷ルートに移動させることができ、さらに、移動過程では、材料吐出口124を通って溶融状態の材料を印刷プラットフォーム13に押し出して、各印刷対象層の印刷領域を印刷又は充填することができる。物品の全ての印刷対象層の印刷が終了すると、材料が層ごとに固化して、3D物品を形成する。
Claims (12)
- 3D印刷用装置であって、
外壁に軸方向に沿って延びる開口部が設置される材料輸送管と、
前記材料輸送管に被せられ、外壁に前記開口部に連通可能な材料吐出口が設置されるスリーブと、を備え、
前記スリーブは、前記材料吐出口と前記開口部とが連通するか又は連通しなくなるように、前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転可能である
ことを特徴とする3D印刷用装置。 - 前記スリーブは、印刷停止が必要になるときに、前記材料吐出口と前記開口部とが連通しなくなるように、前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 第1駆動装置を更に備え、
前記第1駆動装置は、印刷停止が必要になるときに、前記スリーブが前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転するように前記スリーブを駆動して、前記材料吐出口と前記開口部とが連通しなくなるようにする
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 第2駆動装置を更に備え、
前記第2駆動装置は、印刷開始が必要になるときに、前記スリーブが前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転するように前記スリーブを駆動して、前記材料吐出口と前記開口部とが連通するようにする
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 制御装置を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記3D印刷用装置における駆動装置を制御するように構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 前記材料吐出口のチャンネルは、断面が材料の流出方向に沿って漸次収縮して前記材料吐出口の所望のサイズになる構造を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 前記材料吐出口のチャンネルは、断面が材料の流出方向に沿って漸次収縮して前記材料吐出口の所望の幅になる構造を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 前記材料吐出口のチャンネルの、長さ方向における断面は段差形の流れ通路の断面又は流線形の流れ通路の断面である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 前記スリーブの外壁は第1部分及び第2部分を含み、
前記第1部分と前記第2部分は、前記材料吐出口の長さを調整するように、前記軸方向に沿って相対的にスライド可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の3D印刷用装置。 - 3D印刷用装置の制御方法であって、
前記3D印刷用装置は、外壁に軸方向に沿って延びる開口部が設置される材料輸送管と、前記材料輸送管に被せられ、外壁に前記開口部に連通可能な材料吐出口が設置されるスリーブと、を備え、
前記スリーブは前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転可能であり、
前記制御方法は、
前記スリーブを制御して前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転させることによって、前記材料吐出口と前記開口部とが連通するか又は連通しなくなるようにするステップを含む
ことを特徴とする制御方法。 - 前記スリーブを制御して前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転させることは、
印刷停止が必要になるときに、前記スリーブを駆動して前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転させることによって、前記材料吐出口と前記開口部とが連通しなくなるようにするステップを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の制御方法。 - 前記スリーブを制御して前記材料輸送管に対して前記材料輸送管の軸線に関して回転させることは、
