Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体の少なくとも一端部に位置するバスバーフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体と前記バスバーフレームを含むセルブロックを収容するモジュールフレーム、
前記セルブロックの前後面を覆うと共に、前記モジュールフレームと結合されるエンドプレート、および
前記エンドプレートと前記電池セル積層体の間に位置する絶縁カバーを含み、
前記絶縁カバーは第1絶縁カバーと第2絶縁カバーを含み、
前記第1絶縁カバーは前記バスバーフレームに結合された第1バスバーを覆い、前記第2絶縁カバーは前記バスバーフレームに結合された第2バスバーを覆う、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1バスバーは、前記第2バスバーより大きな面積を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2バスバーは、端子バスバー(terminal busbar)である、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁カバーは第3絶縁カバーをさらに含み、前記第3絶縁カバーは前記端子バスバーの一側端部で形成された突出部の下端に位置する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁カバーと前記第2絶縁カバーがそれぞれ前記第1バスバーと前記第2バスバーが互いに離隔された空間と前記第1バスバーと前記第2バスバーを遮蔽することによって、前記第1バスバーと前記第2バスバーの短絡を遮断する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁カバーと前記第2絶縁カバーは前記バスバーフレームに結合される、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁カバーと前記第2絶縁カバーはそれぞれ、接着剤によって前記バスバーフレームに結合される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁カバーと前記第2絶縁カバーはそれぞれ、締結部材によって前記バスバーフレームに結合される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁カバーと前記第2絶縁カバーは接着剤によって前記エンドプレートに結合される、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
