- 開口を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に設けられた電極組立体と、を備え、
前記電極組立体は、セパレータと、前記電極組立体の軸方向に沿って、前記電極組立体の一端に位置し、かつ前記開口に向かって延びるタブとを含み、前記タブは、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の外周を取り囲む第2の部分とを含み、前記セパレータは、前記第2の部分と前記ハウジングとを隔離するように、前記第2の部分を被覆しており、
前記軸方向に沿って、前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分及び前記セパレータを超えており、前記第2の部分は、前記セパレータを超えていない、
円筒型電池セル。 - 前記第1の部分の前記セパレータを超える寸法は、Hであり、前記第2の部分の外径と内径との差は、Lであり、ここで、Lは、Hよりも大きい、
請求項1に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記第1の部分の前記セパレータを超える寸法Hの値は、1ミリメートル~8ミリメートルの範囲である、
請求項2に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記開口に被せられ前記ハウジングに接続されるように構成されたエンドカバーと、
前記エンドカバーの前記電極組立体に近い一側に設けられ、凹部を有する第1の絶縁部材と、をさらに備え、
前記第1の部分の少なくとも一部は、前記凹部内に収容されている、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記第1の絶縁部材は、前記セパレータの前記第2の部分を超えた部分に接触している、
請求項4に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記第1の絶縁部材は、前記エンドカバーに接続される本体と、前記本体から前記電極組立体に向かって延びて突出し、前記凹部を形成する延出部と含み、前記本体と前記延出部とは互いに接続されており、前記延出部は、前記第1の部分の外周を取り囲んで設けられ、前記延出部は、前記セパレータの前記第2の部分を超えた部分に接触している、
請求項4又は5に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記延出部は、連続的に延出する閉ループ構造、またはノッチを有する環状構造である、
請求項6に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記電極組立体は、前記第1の絶縁部材及び前記第2の部分を取り囲み、前記第1の絶縁部材の縁部及び前記第2の部分の縁部を覆う第2の絶縁部材をさらに備える、
請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記第2の絶縁部材は、前記第1の絶縁部材の前記ハウジングに面する外側面に押し当てられている、
請求項8に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記外側面は、前記エンドカバーから離れる方向に沿って、前記凹部に向かって傾斜する案内斜面を有する、
請求項9に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 前記電極組立体は、第1電極シート及び第2の電極シートをさらに備え、前記第1の電極シート及び前記第2の電極シートは、いずれも塗布領域と非塗布領域を有し、前記第1の電極シートまたは前記第2の電極シートの非塗布領域は、前記タブを形成し、前記セパレータは、前記第1の電極シートと前記第2の電極シートとを隔離するために用いられ、前記第1の電極シート、前記第2の電極シート及び前記セパレータは巻回されて前記電極組立体が形成される、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の円筒型電池セル。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の円筒型電池セルを備える、電池。
- 電気エネルギーを供給するための請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の円筒型電池セルを備える、

前記タブは、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の外周を取り囲む第2の部分とを含み、前記セパレータは、前記第2の部分と前記ハウジングとを隔離するように、前記第2の部分を被覆しており、
前記電極組立体の軸方向に沿って、前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分及び前記セパレータを超えており、前記第2の部分は、前記セパレータを超えておらず、
前記電極組立体の軸方向に沿って、前記タブは、前記電極組立体の一端に位置し、かつ前記開口に向かって延びている、
円筒型電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記電極組立体の前記タブの一部を切り取って前記第2の部分を形成することをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の円筒型電池セルの製造方法。
- セパレータ及びタブを含む電極組立体を供給するように構成された第1の組立装置と、
開口を有するハウジングを供給するように構成された第2の組立装置と、
前記電極組立体を前記ハウジング内に組み立てるように構成された第3の組立装置と、を備え、
前記タブは、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の外周を取り囲む第2の部分とを含み、前記セパレータは、前記第2の部分と前記ハウジングとを隔離するように、前記第2の部分を被覆しており、
前記電極組立体の軸方向に沿って、前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分及び前記セパレータを超えており、前記第2の部分は、前記セパレータを超えておらず、
前記電極組立体の軸方向に沿って、前記タブは、前記電極組立体の一端に位置し、かつ前記開口に向かって延びている、
