Claims (11)
- 特に燃料電池駆動式の車両で適用するための、パイロット弁(V1)と少なくとも1つの別のバルブ(V2)とを含む燃料タンクのためのバルブ機構を開放する方法において、次の各ステップを含み、
前記パイロット弁(V1)の開放段階(P1)で前記パイロット弁(V1)を開放するために前記増幅器電圧(S1)が印加(30)され、
前記パイロット弁(V1)の前記開放段階(P1)を終了させるために前記増幅器電圧(S1)がターンオフ(32)され、
前記パイロット弁(V1)のプルイン段階(P2)で前記パイロット弁(V1)を開放維持するためにプルイン電圧(S2)が印加(34)され、
再制御段階(P3)で前記パイロット弁(V1)を開放維持するために、および前記少なくとも1つの別のバルブ(V2)を開放および開放維持するために、前記プルイン電圧(S2)が交互にターンオフおよびターンオン(36)され、それにより、前記パイロット弁(V1)の開放維持のために必要な平均の開放維持エネルギーと、前記少なくとも1つの別のバルブ(V2)の必要な平均の開放エネルギーおよび/または開放維持エネルギーとが提供される、方法。 - 前記増幅器電圧(S1)は前記プルイン電圧(S2)よりも数値的に高く、前記増幅器電圧(S1)は好ましくは12Vを超える値、特別に好ましくは65Vを超える値、特に少なくとも400Vの値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記開放段階(P1)は2msを超えて、好ましくは5msを超えて、特に10msを超えて持続することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記プルイン電圧(S2)は前記増幅器電圧(S1)よりも低く、前記プルイン電圧(S2)は好ましくは12Vまたはこれ以下の値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 再制御段階(P3)での前記プルイン電圧(S2)の交互のターンオフとターンオンは、平均で少なくとも2アンペアの開放電流および/または開放維持電流が調整されるように行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記開放維持段階(P3)での前記プルイン電圧(S2)の交互のターンオフとターンオンの周波数および/または振幅が動作条件に依存して、特に背圧および/または温度に依存して、変更されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 特に請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための、燃料電池駆動式の車両で適用するための燃料タンクのためのバルブ機構を開放するためのシステム(1)において、
パイロット弁(V1)と、
少なくとも1つの別のバルブ(V2)と、
前記パイロット弁(V1)の開放のための増幅器電圧(S1)を印加するための、ならびに前記パイロット弁(V1)の開放維持および前記少なくとも1つの別のバルブ(V2)の開放と開放維持のためのプルイン電圧(S2)を印加するための、制御装置とを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記パイロット弁(V1)の開放維持のために、および前記少なくとも1つの別のバルブ(V2)の開放と開放維持のために、必要な平均の開放維持エネルギーを前記プルイン電圧(S2)の交互のターンオフとターンオンを通じて提供可能であるように構成されて前記システム(1)の内部に配置される、システム。 - 前記パイロット弁(V1)および/または前記少なくとも1つの別のバルブ(V2)が自動閉止型のバルブの形態で、好ましくは電磁弁の形態で、構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のシステム(1)。
