Abstract
Description
A、第1のゲル化剤;
B、デンプン
を含む、デンプンフィルム形成用組成物であって、
前記の第1のゲル化剤は、単一ゲル化温度を有するジェランガムであり、その総アシル含有量が14-34%であり、前記の単一ゲル化温度を有するジェランガムとデンプンとの重量比が0.02~0.5である。
実施形態1. 1wt%-8wt%第1のゲル化剤;
0.2wt%-3.5wt%第2のゲル化剤;
15wt%-50wt%デンプン;
10wt%~35wt%可塑剤;および
100wt%まで補充する水
を含む、デンプンフィルム形成用組成物であって、
ここで、第1のゲル化剤は、カラギーナン、寒天、アルギン酸ナトリウム、ジェランガム、こんにゃくグルコマンナン、キサンタンガム、ローカストビーンガム、グアーガム、およびプルランからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数であり;
第2のゲル化剤はペクチンである。
1)A)第1のゲル化剤、第2のゲル化剤および可塑剤を予備混合して均一に分散させ、撹拌しながら水に加え、60~98℃で加熱しながら、第1のゲル化剤および第2のゲル化剤が溶解するまで撹拌し;B)デンプンを加え、60~98℃でさらに加熱しながら、デンプンが溶解するまで撹拌し;C)気泡を除去して皮膜用液を得ること;
2)カプセル化すること;および
3)乾燥させること
を含む、カプセルシェルの製造方法。
本明細書で使用される場合、「%」または「wt%」は、特に明記されていない限り、重量パーセントを指す。
評価方法
本発明の効果をさらに説明するために、以下のソフトカプセルの性能指標を採用して評価、説明を行う。
0点:ソフトカプセルを形成できない。
0<X≦1点:ソフトカプセルの成形は非常に悪く、油漏れしやい。
1<X≦2点:ソフトカプセルの成形は悪く、油漏れしやい。
2<X≦3点:ソフトカプセルの成形は良好である。
3<X≦4点:ソフトカプセルの成形は優れている。
4<X≦5点:ソフトカプセルの成形は非常に優れている。
本発明は、以下の材料を使用して説明するが、これらに限定されるものではなく、詳細は以下のとおりである。
ジェランガム(総アシル含有量14.4%、グリセロイル12.1%、アセチル2.3%)(市販)
ジェランガム(総アシル含有量16.5%、グリセロイル12.8%、アセチル3.7%)(市販)
ジェランガム(総アシル含有量19.0%、グリセロイル15.1%、アセチル3.9%)(市販)
ジェランガム(総アシル含有量27.5%、グリセロイル19.8%、アセチル7.7%)(市販)
ジェランガム(総アシル含有量28.0%、グリセロイル23.4%、アセチル4.6%)(市販)
ジェランガム(総アシル含有量30.6%、グリセロイル25.1%、アセチル5.5%)(市販)
ジェランガム(総アシル含有量33.2%、グリセロイル25.5%、アセチル含有量7.7%)(市販)
高アシルジェランガム(総アシル含有量37.3%、グリセロイル20.4%、アセチル16.9%)(市販)
低アシルジェランガム(総アシル含有量11.2%、グリセロイル8.1%、アセチル3.1%)(市販)
酸化デンプン(市販)
ヒドロキシプロピルデンプン(市販)

この方法は、以下の工程を含む。
1)溶解:A)まず、第1のゲル化剤および可塑剤を予備混合して均一に分散させ、撹拌しながら適量の水に加え、60~98℃で加熱しながら、第1のゲル化剤が溶解するまで撹拌し;第2のゲル化剤を含む場合、まず、第1のゲル化剤、第2のゲル化剤および可塑剤を予備混合して均一に分散させ、撹拌しながら水に加え、60~98℃で加熱しながら、第1のゲル化剤および第2のゲル化剤が溶解するまで撹拌し;B)デンプンを加え、60~98℃でさらに加熱しながら、デンプンが溶解するまで撹拌し;C)気泡を除去して皮膜用液を得ること;
2)カプセル化:ソフトカプセル製造ラインを採用し、皮膜用液をカプセル充填機のスプレッダーボックスに移送し、皮膜用液をドラムの表面で冷却させ、皮膜を形成し、充填物を封入し、圧着して成形し、さらに、タンブルによって仕上げすること;
3)乾燥させること;成形またはタンブルで仕上げしたカプセルを、皮膜の水分が8-25%になるまで乾燥させる。
如表2に記載されている成分および含有量に従ってソフトカプセルを製造し、測定および採点を行った。結果を表2に示す。

Claims (14)
- A、第1のゲル化剤;
B、デンプン
を含む、デンプンフィルム形成用組成物であって、
前記の第1のゲル化剤は単一ゲル化温度を有するジェランガムであり、その総アシル含有量は14%-34%であり、前記の単一ゲル化温度を有するジェランガムとデンプンとの重量比は0.02~0.5である、デンプンフィルム形成用組成物。 - ジェランガムの総アシルにおいて、グリセロイル含有量が12%-26%であり、および/またはアセチル含有量が2%-8%である、請求項1に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- デンプンの含有量が15wt%-50wt%である、請求項1に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- ジェランガムの含有量が1wt%-8wt%であり、好ましくは、ジェランガム含有量が2wt%-7wt%である、請求項1に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- 前記のデンプンが天然デンプンであり、前記の天然デンプンが、小麦デンプン、モチトウモロコシデンプン、エンドウ豆デンプン、トウモロコシデンプン、ジャガイモデンプン、およびタピオカデンプンからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- 前記のデンプンがデンプン誘導体であり、前記のデンプン誘導体が、酸処理デンプン、ヒドロキシプロピルデンプン、酸化デンプン、酢酸デンプン、酸化ヒドロキシプロピルデンプン、ヒドロキシプロピルジスターチホスフェート、リン酸化デンプン、スターチオクテニルコハク酸ナトリウム、アセチル化ジスターチホスフェート、およびデキストリンからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- 該デンプンフィルム形成用組成物が可塑剤をさらに含み、前記の可塑剤の含有量が10wt%-35wt%であり、好ましくは、前記の可塑剤が、グリセロール、ソルビトール、マルチトール、エリスリトール、キシリトール、フルクトース、およびトレハロースからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数である、請求項1に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- 該デンプンフィルム形成用組成物が第2のゲル化剤をさらに含み、好ましくは、前記の第2のゲル化剤が、カラギーナン、寒天、アルギン酸ナトリウム、ペクチン、高アシルジェランガム、低アシルジェランガム、こんにゃくグルコマンナン、キサンタンガム、ローカストビーンガム、グアーガム、およびプルランからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数であり;好ましくは、前記の第2のゲル化剤含有量が0.2wt%-3.5wt%であり、好ましくは、前記のペクチンが、低メトキシペクチン、高メトキシペクチン、およびアミド化ペクチンからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数であり;好ましくは、低メトキシペクチンがDE<50%のエステル化度を有し、アミド化ペクチンがDA 5%-25%のアミド化度を有する、請求項1に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- 35wt%-60wt%の水をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物。
- 1)A)まず、第1のゲル化剤および可塑剤を予備混合して均一に分散させ、撹拌しながら水に加え、60~98℃で加熱しながら、第1のゲル化剤が溶解するまで撹拌し;B)デンプンを加え、60~98℃でさらに加熱しながら、デンプンが溶解するまで撹拌し;C)気泡を除去して皮膜用液を得ること;
2)カプセル化すること;および
3)乾燥させること
を含む、請求項7に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物を使用したカプセルシェルの製造方法。 - 前記のA)が、第2のゲル化剤を添加することをさらに含み;前記のA)が、第1のゲル化剤、第2のゲル化剤および可塑剤を予備混合して均一に分散させ、撹拌しながら水に加え、60~98℃で加熱しながら、第1のゲル化剤および第2のゲル化剤が溶解するまで撹拌することである、請求項10に記載のカプセルシェルの製造方法。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物を含む、カプセルシェル。
- 該カプセルシェルの含水量が8-25%である、請求項12に記載のカプセルシェル。
- 医薬品、食品または化粧品における、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のデンプンフィルム形成用組成物の使用。
